Stephen H. Haim, Faculty Member of the College of Engineering (COE), for the period August 2016 until May 2017; on CHED K-12 Transition Scholarship ‘As favorably acted upon by the Academic Planning Committee in its meeting held on June 7, 2016, and having qualified for the CHED K-12 Transition Scholarship Program, Engr. Stephen H. Haim, faculty member of the College of Engineering (COE), is hereby awarded a study grant for the period August 2016 until May 2017 to enable him to study for a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology; on official time. ‘As grantee on official time, Engr. Haim shall be entitled to his salary and other remuneration due him, subject to the existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Engr. Haim shall strictly adhere to the provisions of the Fellowship Agreement, as well as the Suretyship Agreement he will enter into in relation to this grant, and the rules and regulations for the administration of the APDP as approved by the Board of Regents. ‘This Order is effective for the period stipulated above, unless earlier revoked by competent authority SUKSRNOD.
