INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses

ALDEN DE GUZMAN y VALDEZ and FREDODRIGO
HIERCO y AQUINO of the crime of violation of Section 4 of
Republic Act No. 8049, otherwise known as the Anti-Hazing
Law, committed as follows:

That on or about 10:00 in the evening of August 27,

2017, at Brgy. Camp Tinio, Cabanatuan City and within the
jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, the above-name accused,
during a planned initiation rite and being then officers and
members of Alpha Rotor Omega Robot fraternity and present
thereat, in conspiracy with more or less ten other members
and officers, whose identity is not yet known, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously assault and use
personal violence upon one VICTOR SALTING y BALTAZAR, a
neophyte thereof and as condition for his admission to the
fraternity, thereby subjecting him to physical harm, resulting

to injuries requiring at least 10 days of medical attendance,
to his damage and prejudice.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
