CIRCULAR

All the Students of I B.Tech - I Semester are required to submit a recently taken passport size
color photograph (with their name and Rollno clearly written on the backside of the photograph)
to their class in-charge on or 13-11-2017 without fail. The class in-charges shall submit the
same to Examination Branch on 14-11-2017.

Note:
1. Used, old, mutilated, black and white photographs shall be strictly rejected by the Class
In-charge.

2. Students seeking name corrections should submit photo copy of their SSC memo along
with a letter addressed to Controller of Examinations.

3. The photograph submitted by the student will be printed on Hall tickets, Answer Booklets
and on all the certificates in future such as Marks Memos and PCs hence class in-
charges should ensure that student is submitting latest photograph.
