WHAT IS DEPRESSION?

The World Health Organization defines depression as

one of the most disabling disorders in the world. It’s right
because it steels your interest with work or activities you
once enjoyed. Gladly, it’s treatable.
PREFACE
Do you find yourself struggling to sleep lately? Losing
appetite with the foods you once enjoyed? Feeling worthless
because of failure? Grieving because you’ve lost someone? Or
guilt of not being enough for everybody? I wrote this book
because I don’t want you stay with the feelings that might
lead you to depression and provoke you to end your life. In
God’s eyes you are far above rubies and He wants you to
be reminded through His words how worthy you are.
