BOARD RESOLUTION NO. ___-

was present and the following resolution was UNANIMOUSLY adopted:

Whereas, among other local chief executives, over the Philippine National Police (PNP) units or
forces, as follows:

xxx The exercise of the duties, obligations, powers, and prerogatives vested unto the
foregoing local chief executives as Napolcom deputy under Section 51 (b) of RA 6975 as
amended are hereby suspended accordingly xxx

Whereas, it has been regrettably implied is involved in or linked to illegal drug trade or activity,
and has therefore engaged in an act inimical to national security, then serving as basis for such
suspension;

Whereas, with all due deference to NAPOLCOM, has nonetheless exhibited nothing but absolute
solidarity with and full support to the administration of
Whereas, due process of law should have been accordingly extended to him;

Whereas, absent such due process, the prompt and immediate reconsideration of the NAPOLCOM
Resolution is warranted, for it unnecessarily tainted the good name and the unceasing efforts of
baseless accusations;

Whereas, furthermore, the reconsideration of said Resolution shall be highly beneficial to the
Philippine National Police (PNP), the local government and the

NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, the BOARD HEREBY RESOLVED,
AS IT HEREBY RESOLVES, to RECOMMEND AND APPEAL BEFORE THE NATIONAL
POLICE COMMISSION FOR THE RECONSIDERATION OF ITS RESOLUTION

Scope and Responsibility

Your primary task is to assist us in rendering consultancy and assurance services to clients that may
be assigned to you.

We will require you to render at least forty-eight (48) hours a week. The expected output and the
timeline for each client engagement shall be made known to you at the start thereof.

Engagement Fee

You shall be entitled to fifteen percent (15%) of the gross engagement fee billed to each client assigned
to you. The corresponding expenses for every engagement, including but not limited to transportation,
accommodation and meals, shall be shouldered by this Firm.

Client payments shall be made directly to the Firm, but we shall accordingly deposit your share after
the completion of each engagement.
