Commercial Division
The Commercial Division is responsible for understanding the customer, the market and the
competition, developing the products and promotions

Customer Value Management & Analytics


CVMA is responsible for providing information, analytics and insights to the organization for
better informed/ faster decisions. CVMA is also responsible for Customer Centricity & Customer
Experience Management within the organization.

Marketing
Prime objective of Telenor Pakistan's marketing is to put forth strong brands in the market,
create the necessary pull and drive sales accordingly through its fresh and innovative campaigns.

Products & Services


The department is responsible to research, develop, maintain, support, test, compare, analyze and
execute the product development in all consumers offering portfolio of Telenor Pakistan.

Segments & Pricing


S & P is responsible for defining, creating and maintaining market segments and translating
these segments into profitable entities for Telenor Pakistan.

Value Added Services


With Voice Revenues reaching stagnation point, Value Added Services have been identified as
the key driver of growth.

Postpaid Markets
This department is responsible for understanding the postpaid customers, the market and the
competition, providing them services and marketing and sales of the postpaid products

Customer Care Department


CCD is the largest touch point for TP customers, catering all the customers for their services
related queries and complaints.
Sales & Distribution
The Sales & Distribution team comprising of more than 500 permanent & contractual staff
(spread across seven regions) is at the forefront of business expansion, product availability and
revenue generation of Telenor Pakistan.

Financial Services Division


Financial Services manages the Branchless Banking services launched by Telenor Pakistan and
Tameer Microfinance Bank under the easypaisa banner. The vision of easypaisa is to provide
convenient, reliable, secure and speedy financial services

Strategy & Corporate Affairs Division


Strategy and Corporate Affairs Divison deals with all matters pertaining to Coporate
Communications and Responsibility, Legal, Regulatory and Interconnect, Corporate Security,
Strategy and Public & Government Affairs.

Corporate Communications & Responsibility


Corporate Communications and Responsibility is responsible for executing all communication
campaigns and developing content, externally and internally; this includes traditional as well as
social media and employees.

Corporate Security
Corporate Security ensures the safety and security of the employees, premises and the repute of
the organization by taking a proactive approach of identifying people and business risks and
taking appropriate preventive measures and creating organization resilience to deal with
challenges through a continuous training cycle.

Legal
The main goal of the Legal Department is to ensure highest level of legal and regulatory
compliance for Telenor Pakistan.
Public & Government Affairs
PGA brings business advantage to the company by ensuring sustained relationships with external
stakeholders

Regulatory & Interconnect


The Regulatory and Interconnect team is the main interface between internal and external
stakeholders for all telecom government policy, regulatory and interconnect matters.

Strategy
Strategy Department helps set the strategic direction of the company while confirming to the
strategic ambitions of Telenor Group, the strategy of Telenor Pakistan (2014-2016) and assessing
the key dynamics of the telco industry

Telenor Global Shared Services Pakistan


GSS Pakistan (formerly TSS Pakistan) was set up to follow Telenor's international initiatives to
extract cost, accounting and quality synergies. GSS Pakistan is a professional supplier of
technology-based administrative services, and provides shared services from Pakistan to other
Group companies to help keep the cost level down and the quality high. GSS also assists Group
companies handle their day-to-day, non-core, repetitive processes and operations so they can
focus their energies and resources on strategic initiatives.
GSS Pakistan currently has 300 employees located in Islamabad (two-thirds) and Lahore.

Finance Division
The Finance Division aims to fulfill all financial requirements while minimizing the risks
involved on financial and accounting sides.
Human Capital Division
The Human Capital Division reflects our commitment to Telenor Pakistan's most important
asset.

Technology Division
Planning, Implementation and Operation of network are core responsibilities of Technology
Division. It also provides our valued internal customers enterprise services that enable them to
work and share information.

Infrastructure Deployment
Infrastructure Deployment is responsible for infrastructure development of network rollout and
site acquisition of all building and BTS tower sites to ensure uninterrupted, high quality voice
and data services all over Pakistan.
Network Operations
Network Operations is responsible for the entire value chain of GSM infrastructure which
includes Field Operations, Transmission Systems and Network Operations Center. This
department is also the interface with S&D.
Services Development
Services Development is to develop new and improve existing services by providing scalable,
flexible and stable IS/IT platforms. The objective is to enable business transformation by
adopting proven industry practices on the IS/IT area
Network Engineering
Network Engineering department is responsible for network capacity/coverage and performance
management for both voice and data services. The department is also responsible for efficient
management of network CAPEX.

Performance Analysis Unit


Performance Analysis Unit is responsible for Network and BSS performance reporting to
provide macro level view to TD management and line organizations

Software Engineering
Software Engineering caters for diverse software application development needs of the
organization
