Background / Context:

Banga is commonly used as water container as their drinking water


storage used for cooking or even in preserving food by the Belisongnons
earlier .

This is a dance performed by the group of women or both men and


women in all social gatherings as an expression of joy and etc. The dancers
needs to balance on their heads the banga as they perform the dance.

Dance Properties:

Costume:

Female: kimona with soft pauelo on one shoulder and patadyong or


skirt
Male: camisa de Chino and any colored pants.

Footwear: Optional

Equipment: small pot
