. 2 Peach Bellini
l 6mm (UK 4 US J10) crochet hook
TENSION (GAUGE)
12 stitches and 6 rows to 10 cm, 4 in, measured over pattern
using a 6mm (UK 4 US J10) crochet hook, or size required to
give correct tension (gauge).
It is vitally important to check your tension (gauge) before
starting as working to the wrong tension (gauge) will mean
your item will not be the size shown and could result in
yarn being left over, or more yarn being required. Before
beginning, crochet a tension (gauge) swatch at least 13 cm,
5 in, square and measure your tension (gauge). If there are
more sts and rows than stated, try again using a thicker hook.
If there are fewer sts and rows than stated, try again using a
thinner hook.

follows: (yoh) twice, insert hook around stem of next st
from back to front and from right to left, yoh and draw loop
through, (yoh and draw through 2 loops) 3 times.

SCARF
Make 212 ch using 6mm (UK 4 US J10) crochet hook.
row 1 (rs) 1 tr (dc) into 4th ch from hook, 1 tr (dc) into each ch
to end, turn. 210 sts.
row 2 3 ch (counts as first st), miss st at base of 3 ch,
*1 rbdtr (rbtr) around stem of next st, rep from * to end,
working last rbdtr (rbtr) around stem of 3 ch at beg of
previous row, turn.
Rep last row until Scarf measures 17 cm, 6 in.
Fasten off.

MAKING UP
Do NOT steam press!
Pin out Scarf to measurement given, cover with a clean damp
cloth and leave to dry naturally.
Make 10 tassels, each 20 cm, 7 in, long and, using
photograph as a guide, attach 5 tassels to each end of Scarf,
positioning tassels evenly spaced across ends.
