1- Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom.

Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power. If you

realize that you have enough, you are truly rich.

2- Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing

simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It
means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and
being aware on a continuous of how much you have been given.

3- The brave man is not who he does not afraid but he who conquers that
fear.

4- All negativity is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and

denial of the present, anxiety, tension, stress, worry, all form of fear are
caused by too much future and not enough presence. Guilt, regret,
resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of non-
forgiveness are caused by too much past and not enough presence.

5- I must not fear, fear is the mind killer. Fear is the little death that brings
total obliteration. I will face my fear, I will permit it to pass over me and
through me and when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see
its path where the fear has gone, there will be nothing. Only I will
remain. (Dune by Frank Herbert)

6- If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result
of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every
victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the
enemy nor yourself you will succumb in every battle. (Sun Tzu, The Art
of War)

7- Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not
defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something
we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.
Denis Waitley

8- Remember all significant learning and growth happens when you are
outside your comfort zone not inside it. Start to appreciate the top
approaches for what they really are the best money cant buy
opportunities to learn that you will ever get.
9- As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering
are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I
know, this is AUTHENTICITY. As I began to love myself I understood
how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this
person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was
not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call it
RESPECT. As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different
life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting
me to grow. Today I call it MATURITY. As I began to love myself I
understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right
time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could
be calm. Today I call it SELF-CONFIDENCE. As I began to love myself I
quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for
the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I
love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way
and in my own rhythm. Today I call it SIMPLICITY. 9 As I began to love
myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health food,
people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away
from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know
it is LOVE OF ONESELF. As I began to love myself I quit trying to always
be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered
that is MODESTY. As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in
the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the
moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by
day, and I call it FULFILLMENT. As I began to love myself I recognized
that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I
connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call
this connection WISDOM OF THE HEART. We no longer need to fear
arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or
others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are
born. Today I know THAT IS LIFE!, Charlie Chaplin

10- You will never be able to love anyone else properly until you learn to
love yourself first To the people who love you, you are beautiful
already. This is not because theyre blind to your shortcomings but
because they so clearly see your soul. Your shortcomings then dim by
comparison. The people who care about you are willing to let you be
imperfect and beautiful, too, Victoria Moran

11- Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to
avoid the trap of thinking the you have something to lose. You are
already naked there is no reason to not follow your heat.
