Able to add 1 digit with one digit. First the teacher asks each to take one white board, for the
activity.

The teacher writes some calculation on the board (adding
one-digit number with one digit). Then the teacher asks them
to write dawn the answer on their white board.

Then the teacher writes 2- digit number with 1 digit without

caring.
 And ask them to write the answers on the white board.

by carrying the number.
Its a revision lesson but the teacher can go the next stage if
the students are good with 2-digit with one digit without
caring.

The teacher explains some calculation how to do caring step

Then the teacher gives the students worksheet about adding

2- digit with one digit. And glue it in their math book.

Reward the students who finish all the question before 20

minutes.

Reflections After I finish marking their work I notice some students are still struggling on carrying the
number. So, I write their names and ask my MST to sat with them in the next day. This is one of
the assessments strategy which depend on help and support the students.
Next time I will prepare worksheet for high ability who I feel that they are good and go to the
next stage of learning easily.
