Characterization of hazards
Special hazards to human health and the environment
Swallowing: may cause irritation of the mouth, throat and esophagus.
Abdominal discomfort, nausea and vomiting may occur.
Skin absorption: no evidence of harmful effects from available information.
Inhalation: short-term harmful health effects are not expected from vapor
generated at ambient temperature.
Skin contact: brief contact is not irritating, prolonged contact causes mild to
moderate local redness and swelling. Effects may be delayed.
Eye contact: causes irritation, experienced as stinging and discomfort or pain
excess redness and swelling of the conjunctiva may occur.

Specific hazards through Substance: products or gas originating from
combustion
