use this procedure occasionally for works outside our site;
electrical pressure welding - practiced for the binding of
fine parts.
These procedures allow the processing of a wide range
of materials: aluminium and its alloys, titanium, carbon steel,
stainless steel, brass and copper.
At the same time we can bind plastic materials through
specific welding procedures.

The high resistance to chemical agents makes PVC a
material that is intensively used for the chemical protection
and electrical isolation, through covering, of various materials
of the industries: galvanic, chemical, electrical as well as the
field of commercial goods.
Plastisol (the paste) of PVC that is used is especially
manufactured for galvanic racks and has an addition of teflon,
which confers it a resistance on the rack for over 90 C.

In general the repair of a PVC coated galvanic rack consists in:
Demounting the detachable elements of the rack (if

Complete derubberization of the damaged rack up to the
metal;
Mechanical cleaning of surfaces;
Replacement of destroyed elements;
Degrease of the reconditioned metal rack;
Application of the primer;
Plastification of the rack with PVC;
Cleaning off the PVC from the parts that must remain non-
rubberized;
Remounting of detachable elements (if applicable);
Regulating the orientation of elastic elements for the
anchoring of parts to be galvanized (if available);
Final quality control.
