The Sims 3 Store Fixes (Fixes problems with Premium Content) - Installation Guide
Updated on: 17-08-2014 (For latest version only download from THIS page!)
NOTE Remove ALL previous Store Fixes files you have first, no matter where you got them from!
NOTE These Store Fixes are often updated, so ALWAYS RE-DOWNLOAD the latest version, if you run
into new problems. Only download the latest version from THIS page.
NOTE If you do not have a Mods folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ yet, follow this
special guide to get it:

These fixes assume that you have all items installed the same way; either in .package or .Sims3Pack format.
There are three sets of instructions; use the one that applies to your situation. Extract this .rar file to an
empty folder on your Desktop and then install the fixes as follows:

Situation 1: if youre using .Sims3Pack files

1. Copy the "ccmerged.package", "StoreFix_Decrap_Fixes.package", "StoreFix_Fixes.package" and
"XMLs.package" files to: (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\
2. Open (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\DCBackup\ and look for a .package file called
"ccmerged.package". If its not there, extract the "ccmerged.package" file from this .rar file and place the
.package file in this folder. NEVER RENAME THIS PACKAGE!

Situation 2: if youre using .package files

1. Copy the "StoreFix_Decrap_Fixes.package", "StoreFix_Fixes.package" and "XMLs.package" files to: (My)
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Overrides\.
2. Copy the ccmerged.package file to: (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\

Situation 3: if youre using .Sims3pack AND .package files

1. Follow the steps for both Situation 1 and Situation 2.
