call to the Commander of a
major command renewing
their commitment to serve

The new board mem-
ber, Dir. Paguican, is a
retired public servant who
served as the School Divi-
sion Superintendent and
Assistant Schools Division
Superintendent at the
Department of Education,
Division of Davao City.
Before working at
DepEd, she was a professor
at the University of South-
eastern Philippines (USEP).
She has a Masters Degree
in Public Administration
Major in Organization Stud-
ies and Doctorate Degree
in Development Research
