    For Official Use Only


    1 Application form (to be printed from the Graduate Admission System 2)
    2 One recent passport-sized photograph attached to the signed application form
    3 Degree scroll / degree certificate
    4 Official transcript must be sent to SDE directly from the University/Institutions
    5 Photocopy of University transcript or result slips (while waiting for official transcript to arrive)
    6 S$50 Receipt
    7 2 referee reports (to be submitted via the Graduate Admission System 2)
    8 Spore NRIC (Please indicate on the copy of NRIC, Pink for Sporean or Blue for SPR)
    9 Entry permit and Re-entry permit (for Spore Permanent Resident)
    10 Photocopy of passport with the page bearing passport number (for SPR and International applicants)
    11 Dependant Pass/S Pass/Employment Pass (for International applicants staying in Spore only)
    12 TOEFL / IELTS score sheet (medium of instruction is NOT English)

    II A4 size academic design portfolio
    Master of Urban Planning only
    I A detailed curriculum vitae
    II A4 size project portfolio for applicants with design background e.g. Architecture, Landscape Arch, etc
    Master of Landscape Architecture only
    I A4 size academic design portfolio
    II Personal statement not exceeding 1000 words
    MSc (Integrated Sustainable Design) only
    I A detailed curriculum vitae
    II An essay not exceeding 2000 words
    III A4 size project portfolio for applicants with design background e.g. Architecture, Landscape Arch, etc
    MSc (Environmental Management), MSc (Real Estate) & NUS-Renmin MSRE-MBA DDP only
    I Personal statement not exceeding 400 words
