JMA management is aware of its main task to satisfy the needs of its customers quickly and with high quality. JMA is also aware of the significant environmental impact its production
is having not only for the people living around the factory, but also for its own employees.
In the process of establishing and integration of EMS acc. SN EN ISO 14001 into QMS acc. SN EN ISO 9001, JMA management has defined an integrated QMS & EMS policy that
covers following areas:
Focus on customer
Meet all customer requirements, periodic evaluation of customer satisfaction and orientation on high-quality production according to customer requirements.
Legal requirements
To continuously comply with the relevant legal and other requirements, and periodically evaluate the compliance with these requirements.
Protecting the environment
To prevent and minimize negative impacts on the environment using all available technical and organizational resources, carefully treat natural resources, especially raw ma-
terials, energy and water.
To minimize the occurrence of emergency situations and accidents with environmental impacts, to identify risks and preventive actions.
To communicate openly with the public, administrative bodies, customers and interested parties with regard to environmental protection.
To require from the contractual partners an active approach to environmental protection, health protection, and control this approach in the context of the evaluation of sup-
pliers.
Work with people
To improve the knowledge, skills and awareness of employees in the areas of improvement of production quality and in the field of environmental protection and prevention.
Continuous improvement
To continually improve, to review regularly QMS and EMS: for this purpose JMA set out the objectives, targets and programs of QMS&EMS, competence and necessary re-
sources.
JMA Management is committing itself to continuous improvement of QMS&EMS within the limits of its economic resources.

reagieren. Zugleich ist der JMA- GF bewusst, dass Ihre Ttigkeit die Umwelt nicht nur fr die Einwohner in der Umgebung, sondern auch fr eigene Mitarbeiter deutlich beeinflusst.
Im Rahmen der Einfhrung und Integrierung des EMS- Systems gem SN EN ISO 14001 in QMS gem SN EN ISO 9001 hat sich die Geschftsfhrung die integrierte Politik
QMS&EMS festgelegt, die folgende Bereiche betrifft:
Kundenorientierung
Erfllung aller Kundenanforderungen, regelmige Auswertung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Orientierung an Qualittsarbeit laut Kundenanforderungen
Rechtsanforderungen
Die jeweilige rechtliche und andere Anforderungen stndig einhalten, periodisch den Einklang mit diesen Anforderungen bewerten
Umweltschutz
Den negativen Einflssen auf die Umwelt mit der Nutzung aller zugnglichen technischen und organisatorischen Mittel vorbeugen und minimalisieren, vorsichtig mit den Na-
turschtzen, besonders mit den Rohstoffen, Energie und Wasser umgehen.
Das Vorkommen der auerordentlichen Situationen und Havarien im Umweltbereich minimalisieren, die vorbeugende Manahmen festlegen.
Mit der ffentlichkeit, Organe der staatlichen Verwaltung, Kunden und interessierten Parteien in Bezug auf Umweltschutz offen kommunizieren
Von eigenen Vertragspartnern aktive Einstellung zum Umweltschutz, Gesundheitsschutz fordern und diese Einstellung im Rahmen der Lieferantenauswertung prfen
Arbeit mit den Leuten
Die Kenntnisse, das Knnen und das Bewusstsein der Mitarbeiter im Bereich der Qualifikationserhhung fr die Erhhung der Produktionsqualitt und im Bereich der Umwelt-
schutz und im Bereich der Prvention verbessern.
Stndig sich verbessern
Regelmig das QMS&EMS- System prfen und auswerten: zu diesem Zweck hat JMA die Ziele, Zielwerte und QMS&EMS- Programme, Kompetenzen und ntige Ressourcen
festgelegt
JMA- Geschftsfhrung verpflichtet sich zur Dauerverbesserung des QMS&EMS- Managementsystems im Rahmen ihrer wirtschaftlichen Ressourcen.
