REPLICATING DATA FROM ECC TO CRM

Middleware: Middleware is part of sap CRM functionality, using this functionality will replicate data from ECC -> CRM, in
this activity different types of consultant will be involved(basis consultant, crm consultant, middleware consultant

Being as functional consultant we will replicate required data from ECC - CRM or vice versa…

Basis consultant Role:

1. Define the Logical system in both the clients ( Source & Destination )

2. Assign the Logical system defined to respective client.

3. Create RFC connection to connect to the opposite client.

Note : Need to do this 3 steps in both the clients individually… Tcode – SALE

Our Example :

Source – ECC 800 ( ECC is R3 system and client no. is 800 )

Source Logical system name is LSECC800.

Destination – CRM 001 .

Destination Logical system name is LSCRM001.

Steps in ECC 800 client:-

Enter the details required

Enter & save

Select the row if Client number available, Else Select New Entry.

SAVE..

Go Back..
Save..

Need to find the Target IP and Server Number..

Save..

Save..

Other client to be opened.. …

Now we need to perform same steps in the other client also..

Once this process is finished in both clients than, Enter the Destination client and replicate the data.

CRM Functional Consultant Role in ECC sales structure replication…

Steps :

1. Set up middleware parameter.

2. Create SITE for ECC and assign ECC logical system.(Tcode:SMOEAC)
3. Replicate ECC sales structure data into CRM system(Tcode:CRMC_R3_ORG_Generate)

Note : To find the Enterprise structure ( Sales structure ) use Tcode – SE01.

Logon ECC system

Enter Tcode - SE01

We can view are available Enterprise structures..

Set up middleware parameter

Path: IMG -> CRM -> CRM Middleware Related components ->communication set up ->Middleware parameter -
> Define Middleware parameters

Double click on R3 Customer Fact sheet and order status

Click on New Entries..

 Enter Key, Parameter1 as shown,

Find the RFC Destination.. as show above.

Create site for ECC and Assign ECC logical system. (Tcode: SMOEAC)

Path: IMG -> CRM -> CRM Middleware related components ->Create sites and subscriptions.

Object Type: Site

click on create Object

Assign ECC Logical system details by click on Site Attributes Button…

 Assign Destination (CRM Logical system ) here..

Save..

Replicate ECC sales structure data into CRM system. Tcode:CRMC_R3_ORG_Generate

Path: IMG -> CRM -> Master data -> Organiztional Management ->Data transfer ->Copy ECC sales structure..

Note:
 After selection of ECC sales structure data click on Generate selected lines button to copy this data in to CRM
system…

and click on save button..

click on yes to save this data…

Check whether ECC sales structure data is replicated or not Tcode: ppoma_crm
