Dear Sir, 

This has reference to the discussion our operation Manager had with BSP Higher Management and you regarding approval of OHP, RMP, BRM, SMS area and RGSF,
wherein all (BSP,MECON,VOLTAS) are agreed for early approval of drawings / documents to avoid further delay in engineering and as well as detailing of
drawings.

In this connection please note that there are some minor correction in BRM, OHP & RMP area w.r.t our earlier submission. For SMS area there is no changes w.r.t
our earlier submission vide Transmittal no. 27 dated 06.10.17 and P&ID for RGSF vide Transmittal no. 33 dated 21.10.17 and Overall layout of DWTP vide
Transmittal no. 34 dated 26.10.17.  

In view of the above and as well as advised by you, please find attached herewith Transmittal no. 040 for the following documents along with pdf copies of the
same and SMS area drawings, RGSF drawings for your approval.
