(A) RP(UP) ACT:

(B) PROSECUTION:-
(a) % of convictions in RP(UP) Act cases out of total -- --
cases disposed in that year.
(b) Increase in % of RP(UP) (cases disposed/cases -- --
pending) when compared to the last year.
(c) Execution of warrant and disposal of case property. -- --
(i) Out of the total warrants issued, number of
warrants executed within 30 days from the date of
issue of warrant in a year.
(ii) Disposal of cases property of decided case within -- --
30 days after appeal period in a year.
(C) RAILWAYS ACT:-
(a) % increase in booking of RA cases. U/Sec. 142, 143, -- 53
144, 155, 156, 159 & 162 as compared to last year.
(b) % increase in booking of RA cases. U/Sec. 141, 153, -- 02
154, 160 & 161 as compared to last year.
(c) % increase in booking of cases against sections under
RA, other than mentioned in C (a) & C (b) of Railways
Act and Section 4 of “The Cigarettes & Other Tobacco
products (Prohibition of advertisement and -- --
regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production,
Supply and Distribution) Act 2003” as compared to
last year.
(II) PASSENGER SECURITY & FACILITATION
(A) PASSENGER CRIME (IPC)
(a) No. of cases detected by RPF & handed over to GRP -- --
and registered by them pertaining to crime against
Railway passengers (viz. Drugging, Theft, Robbery,
Dacoity and Murder, Customs, Forest cases under
relevant IPC sections) in the zone compared to last
year.
(B) DETECTION OF THEFT OF PASSENGER BELONGING CASES BY RPF:-
(a) % Increase in value of cases under IPC , Customs, -- --
Forest & other Acts detected and handed over by RPF
to concerned agencies and registered by them,
compared to last year.

(b) % increase in No. of IPC, Customs, Theft of passenger - -
Belongings criminals arrested and handed over to
police and other agencies by RPF compared to last year.
(C) TRAIN ESCORT:-
(a) Total number of cases detected by RPF train escort - -
party with arrest of criminals out of total number of
cases reported in trains escorted by RPF.
(D) TICKET CHECKING :-
(a) % increase in amount of fine realized compared to last - 82/-
year. In cases where RPF assistance was provided. (A Rs.37510/-
per the particulars given from the commercial
department) figures will be taken as per Monthly
Crime.
(E) RPF MITRA YOJANA :-
(a) Total no. of “Mitras” enrolled in the zone. The total for -- --
the zone will be calculated on the yardstick of 10 Mitras
per Post having line jurisdiction and 5 Mitras per OP
having line jurisdiction.(CSC to certify in monthly
performance report.)
(III) ESTABLISHMENT :-
(A) INSPECTIONS
(a) Annual detailed inspection conducted by GOs as per -- --
proforma, including Suraksha Sammlan for the year
where Inspection notes are issued. (List having details
viz. date of Inspection, name of the post, name of the
Inspection Officer, to be certified by CSC)
(B) DAR
(a) % of disposal of Major penalty DAR cases over the total -- --
major penalty DAR cases within the stipulated time (in
court cases, the period of stay will be excluded while
calculating the time taken for disposal) from the date of
issue of charge sheet. (As per Railway Board’s letter No.
F(D&A)99-RG-6-18 dated 9-2-90, time schedule for
finalization of major penalty disciplinary proceedings is
210 days)
(b) Disposal of appeal cases as per RPF Rule 220 (to be --
disposed off within a period of 3 months from the date --
of its receipt by the authority competent to decide it)
over the total appeal cases received for the year
including the cases carried over from last year as on the
Ist of January.
(C) SETTLEMENT :-
(a) Completion of following settlement dues – -- --
Commutation, pension, leave salary, CGIS, RSKN of staff
retired during the year. Within one month of
retirement in that year. (Only normal retirement cases
to be considered).

(D) TRAINING
(a) % of staff (Constable to IPF) sent for refresher courses in RPF -- --
Training Centers out of total no. of staff due for refresher
course. (As per training manual Vol. No. 1- Annexure to
Standing Order No.51, every member of the Force should
undergo a refresher course at least once in five years in case
of Constable, Head Constable, Asst. Sub-Inspectors and once
in 8 years for sub-Inspectors and Inspectors provided one has
not undergone any promotion course during the period, at
the beginning of the year).
(E) SELECTIONS :-
(a) Whether promotion selections for HC, ASI, SI & IPF under --
rule 70 & 72 and ACPs were held in the calendar year and
results published by CSC.
(F) PERIODICAL MEDICAL EXAMINATION :-
(a) % of staff sent for PME when compared to staff due at the -- --
beginning of the year. (As per Indian Railway Medical Manual
2000 Vol.1) i.e.i) staff should be sent for PME at the
termination of every 3 years from the date of appointment
until termination of service ii) ASIsPF to IsPF should be sent
for PME after attaining of the age of 45 year and there after
at the termination of ever 5 years).
(G) CO-ORDINATION MEETINGS :-
(a) Co-ordination meeting (other than Railways) held by GOs of -- --
RPF and minutes issued ( one per Go, per quarter .CSCs to
certify in Monthly performance Review).
(IV) WELFARE
(A) SURAKSHA SAMMELAN :-
(a) Suraksha Sammelans conducted by GOs and minutes issued -- --
(CSC to certify in Establishment Review every month).
(B) SPORTS
(a) Achievements in Inter Railway RPF Sports meet viz (1) -- --
Football, (2) Volleyball, (3) Basketball, (4) Kabadi, (5)
Athletics, (6) Hockey, (7) Weight Lifting and (8) Shooting.
(C) RANGE CLASSIFICATION :-
(a) % of staff sent for range classification out of total staff of that -- --
Railway as on 31st December of the year under evaluation.
(V) INFRASTRUCTURE/MODERNIZATION
(A) BUILDINGS :-
(a) Value of works sanctioned under divisional lump sum works, -- --
list of approved works, out of turn, preliminary works
programme at zonal level (No. of items and value as in
divisional lump sum works and list of approved works for the
year under review and the previous year to be mentioned
clearly), and at Board’s Level (Pink Book Number to be given).
