1. Are all the wave forms in lead I, lead II and lead III same?

No, there are different shapes.

2. Find out augmented lead voltages?

Augmented lead voltage for first and fourth persons is -1 to 1 V
Second and third person’s voltage -0.5 to 0.5 V
3. Find the heart rate
HR= No of samples between two consequent beats/sampling frequency
Average heart rate of first person is 69
Average heart rate of first person is 89
Average heart rate of first person is 78

4. Calculation of first persons PR, QRS

Sample rate 500 Hz

PR = ((545-489)/500)
=0.112 seconds

QR= (568-540)/500
=0.056 seconds

Discussion
In the third and fourth signals, some distortions observed this may be due to the following reasons
1.) The leads were not fixed properly
2.) Body movements of the person
3.) Deep breathing while measurement was being taken.
