Youngest French President with 24 Yr. Older Wife

Short Background
The 39 year old Emmanuel Macron is the youngest President in French history and the
youngest leader since Napoleon. He is certainly a political novice since he was a former
investment banker and appointed as Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs in
2014. His wife Brigitte is 24 yr. and 8 months his senior. His personal life is interesting and
attracts some criticism for a "torrid love affair" with his then teacher Brigitte. They met in
1992 when he was a 15 yr. old school student and she was 39 yr. old his drama teacher
even though she was married at the time with three children, two of whom are older than he
is. As a schoolboy, he vowed to marry her one day. He kept his promise, and married
Brigitte on October 20th, 2007 after her previous marriage ended in divorce in 2006.
Brigitte played an active role in her husband's campaign for president as a coach and her
children from previous marriage helped campaign for Macron.

Mr. Sunil said, “Sir, Now I am working in a Private Company in Hyderabad. Is there any change in
my present occupation? If so when”? Then, I asked him to provide a horary number between 1 and
249. Immediately, he said 99/249. At once the horary chart is prepared for the given number. It is
attached at the end of my analysis for the benefit of the readers.
Before proceeding to analyze the horary chart, we have to check the MOON, whether the querent is
correctly reflected by the position of the Moon. Moon exactly indicates the mind of the querent. In
this horary chart, Moon is occupant of the 9th (change of profession) and is the lord of the 12th (new
surroundings). Moon is in the sub of Jupiter who owns the 5th (negation to service) and occupant of
the 2nd (income-bank-balance etc.). Thus, the query is confirmed by the position of Moon.
For change in occupation, houses 2, 6, 10, 11, 3, 5, 9, & 12 are to be scrutinized.

The following fundamental points should be remembered before going to analyze.
2=INCOME;
6= Service;
10=Profession;
11=Gain in trade or profession;
3=negation to the present residence;
5= change one service to another (negation to 6);
9=negating to 10 change from one job at another;

Preface
If a person is having such strange attitudes as stated above, it is a mental disorder. These changes
indicate that the girl is trying to avoid the irrational fear of specific object or activity or situation
penetrated into her mind. If a person keeps on washing hands every now and then, that is also
because of an irrational fear of dirt or germs or something else she dislikes. According to medical
science, this type of behavior is known as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), a type of anxiety
disorder. When suffering from such mental disorder the native is trying to control recurring and
distressing thoughts or fear or images. In this type of cases the person believes in rituals and
remedies or uses any type of cleansing agent to prevent the awakening of obsessive thoughts in the
mind.
In brief, this is a mental disorder as a result of a combination of biological and environmental factors
of life. Biologically, there may be some disorders of the functioning of the mental faculties, which
directly influence the central nervous system and imbalances the mind. Also, if a person is
impressed with unusual environmental factors as a result of being abused by a third party, fear,
changing of day to day living style, illness, separating from a loved one, school related problems, he/
she may become prone to suffering from mental imbalance.
In this issue, what I could do is only to examine the natal chart for any mental disorder and
environmental factors, if any, that should be obtained from the native. After making my conclusion
as given below, I asked the mother to bring the daughter to meet me to discuss with her in order to
discover any environmental reasons for the disorder of the mind.
KP Rules for the diseases of mind

1) The Moon governs the mind, intellect and other higher faculties of the central nervous system. If
Moon is afflicted or adversely placed in a horoscope, the native will suffer from general moodiness
or some type of mental excitement or depression. (Medical Astrology for All, by K.Subramaniam,
page 67)
2) If the sub lord of the 6th cusp is in the 7th house from the Lagna and is connected to houses 3, 5
and 9, mental aberration is caused. (Ibid, page 68)
3) The sign Aries, the first house of the Zodiac, exercises control over the head. When in a chart
Aries is afflicted, one naturally gets diseases of the head. When Sun is disposed adversely one
gets afflictions of the head and mind. (Ibid, page 69)
4) If the sub lord of the 6th cusp is afflicted to Aries by the houses 6, 8, & 12, the native will have to

Analyzing the Chart

Lagna falls in Libra and is under the rule of Venus, Rahu and Saturn. Lagna Lord Venus, also the
lord of the 8th is deposited in the 10th, Cancer sign, in conjunction with Mercury, the lord of houses 9
and 12, and is in the star of the same Mercury. Venus is in the sub of Saturn who plays the role of
sub lord for the 3rd (Mind) & 11th (Badhaka), and is the lord of the 4th (Education/Termination) and
5th (Buddhi - Intellect) and tenanted in the 7th (Maraka). Thus, Lagna lord has been badly afflicted by
its significations of houses 8, 12 and Maraka and Badhaka.
In addition to the above, Lagna sub lord Saturn is posited at the end of the 6 th cusp (Diseases), too
closely connecting with the 7th cusp (Marakasthana) located in the sign of Aries (Head). It is in the
star of Kethu in the 5th (Intellect) and in its own sub. Here, star lord Kethu represents Sun+, Mars+
and its sign lord Saturn.
The Sun is the lord of the 11th (Badhaka) and is posited in the same cusp connecting with Venus,
and signifies houses 10, 11, 1, and 8. Mars+,the lord of houses 2 & 7 (Marakasthanas), and the sub
of the 12th cusp, is in the star of Saturn and in the sub of Rahu in the 11 th (Badhaka).
Thus, the sub lord of Lagna, Saturn, also the lord of the 5 th – MIND - is a significator of houses 6, 8,
12 and Maraka and Badhaka, denoting bad health and also posing a threat to her life span.
Furthermore, Moon+, Mars+, Mercury, Jupiter(R), Rahu and Kethu are deposited in the Sub of Rahu
(11-Badhaka), while Venus and Saturn are in the sub of Saturn (7-Maraka). Sun+, with no planets in

planets are somehow connected with Maraka and/or Badhaka, indicating the bad luck of the native.
Applications of the rules

1) The governor of mind, Moon+, being the sub lord of the 6th (diseases) and the lord of the 10th
(treatments not effective), is posited in the 2nd cusp (Maraka), in the star of Mercury, the lord of
houses 9 and 12 placed in the 10th. That is intricately connected with Venus, the Lagna lord that
signifies the 8th & 12th cusps. The Sub lord of Moon, Rahu is in the 11 th (Badhaka). It is in the
star of Kethu (Insanity) in the 5th (Buddhi). Also, Moon+ is aspected by Jupiter the lord of houses
3 & 6 from the 5th cusp. Hence, the Moon, as the governor of the mind, as well as disease
indicator in this chart, is afflicted and adversely placed and is connected with houses 3, 5, 9
unveiling the disease of mind as in the rules 1 and 2 above.
2) 7th cusp Marakasthana is positioned in Aries sign (Head), where Saturn is posited. The Lord of
which is Mars stationed in the 10th, and is connected with Saturn (5, 7) and Rahu (5, 11) as star
and sub respectively. It is aspected by Jupiter, the lord of the 3 rd (Mind) and 6th (Diseases) placed
in the 5th. Accordingly, the controlling hub of the head is afflicted as in rule 3.
3) The 6th cusp, in addition to diseases, rules over mental faculties. The sub lord of the 6 th, Moon, is
in Scorpio and is connected with Mars, the lord of Aries and, at the same time, Moon has rule
over cusps 8 & 12 by star lordship. And planet wise it is connected with Mercury that is the sub
lord of the 7th, where the sign Aries is. Hence, Aries (Head) is afflicted by way of Moon and houses
6, 8, 12.
4) The 3rd house, governing the Mind, Mental trends, Mental faculties & Thinking, is under the rule
of Jupiter(R), Kethu and Saturn. Sign Lord, Jupiter, also the lord of the 6 th (Diseases), is in its
own star, and is a significator of houses 3, 5, and 6. Star lord Kethu is in the 5 th and is directly
connected with the 11th (Badhaka). Saturn, as discussed above, is a significator of houses 4, 5, 7
& 11, and also is in the star, Aswini, owned by Kethu, and pathogenically affects the Head and
causes Congestion in the brain.
5) Neptune, a planet that causes psychic disorders of all types, is in the 4 th house owned by Saturn
placed in the 7th and in the star of Sun (Badhaka). It is in the sub of Mercury (Reasoning), a
significator of houses 9 and 12. Further, Neptune is aspected by the malefics Mars, Mercury,
Venus and Saturn.

Conclusion
Since all the planets in the natal chart are adversely affecting the faculties of the mind, the native will
suffer from mental disorder/imbalance. The parents were advised to take her to a Psychiatrist.
Post analysis
On my request the native was brought to me later on and I had a discussion with her to learn of any
environmental background behind these changes of mind faculties. According to her statement, she
had been taken to a fane (Devalaya*), a small temple dedicated to some Yakkha or Deity, to know
about her future by her aunty and travelled by their own wagon driven by her father. The in-charge
of the temple (Kapu*) wearing red robes had offered the pooja to the deity and started his fortune
telling in brutalized manner and had told thus. (*Sinhalese)
" You are an idiot. You are a fool. You cannot complete your education at any level. You have no
chance to be a scholar….." and with many more confused and negative thoughts had been
penetrated into the unripe mind of this girl.
At once the girl had got angry, began to cry and had run away. From that day she had planted a
feeling of hate in her mind towards all her family members, especially for her aunty, and she had
refused all the things in red color. She had refused to use even a chair used by her father.
According to the facts that I have heard from her parents, there was no acceptable and justifiable
reason to take this girl to a fortune teller for her educational matters. In her preliminary exam to
qualify for a high school, she had had an easy win and had the chance to enter into a leading girls
school in the city and in her Ordinary Level Examination, she had got nine distinctions ("A" passes),
that is a hard fence to jump, and got selected for secondary education.
However, nobody can erase or cancel or postpone Karma, written in the athma at the time of birth.
On the date of her visit to the so called fortune teller in January 2014, (exact date not known) she
was running Venus Dasa, Venus Bukthi and Jupiter Anthar. Being the lord of Lagna and the 8 th,
Venus is posited in the 10th, Cancer, in conjunction with Mercury (Intellect & rational mind), the lord
of the 9th (Higher Mind) and 12th (Mental working on unseen matters), in its own star, and in the sub
of malefic Rahu placed in Badhakasthana. Anthara Lord Jupiter, being the lord of the 3 rd (Mind) and
6th (Diseases) is posited in the 5th (Intellect/Buddhi), in its own star and in the sub of Rahu. The 6 th
sub lord, Moon, Mars the ruler of the head and mind, Mercury (Intellect & rational mind) and Dasa
Lord Venus for houses 10, 9, 12, 1, and 8 were aspected by Anthara lord Jupiter. Thus, at the time
of the incident, the houses for mind and Buddhi were severely afflicted.
Points to ponder
In the chart under study, Retrograde Jupiter, being the lord of the 3rd (Mind) and 6th (Diseases) is in
the 5th (Excellent thinking power and wisdom). It is Pisces, the zodiacal sign of psychic, emotional 1
and sensitive2. When Jupiter is retrograde and connected with Nodes, what will happen to psychic
and emotional routings of the native? According to my personal experience of KP, I have found
retrograde Jupiter becomes a destructive planet for matters controlled by the bhava, where it is

in the sign of Aries (Head and Mind). Mars is in the star of Saturn, the lord of the 4 th (Terminal) & 5th
(Mind/Buddhi) located in the 7th, Aries sign. The Sub of Mars is Rahu posited in the 11th (Badhaka)
and it is in the star of Kethu placed in the 5th and in its own sub. Neptune is in the 4th cusp under
the co-rulership of Saturn - Sun – Mercury, as discussed above, and is aspected by the most dreaded

"When will my younger sister, who is presently staying in the UK, come back to India and settle per-
manently with us"?
This query is raised by my elder daughter, Jayanthi, on 18 March 2017 during the evening hours at
my residence. Immediately, I plotted a Time chart @6.45.56 P.M at my residence Tarnaka
Secundrabad and the same is attached.
Since the query is related to the matters of the querent's younger sister, the chart will be rotated to
the 3rd house as lagna.
As per the original chart (before rotation) of the querent, let me first checkup whether the Moon
speaks of the mind of the querent. ---
As per the chart, Moon is the lord of the 11th placed in the 3rd, which indicates the younger sister.
The 11th house indicates about the joining of her kith and kin by her younger sister. Moon is in the
star of Saturn, lord of houses 5 and 6 posited in the 3rd cusp ( within 6 degrees of orb to the 4th
cusp) indicating negative to the 4th (present stay and also one's home, residence, domestic
environments and general conditions of the native in the later part of his/her life).
Moon as sub lord of the 11th cusp signifying the 3rd cusp, indicates that the desire of the querent will
be fulfilled.
In view of the above, I am fully satisfied with the validity of the query and I now feel that I can safely
proceed further with the query.
What does the K.P.rule say on the subject "coming back home and staying in the motherland" ?
I).If the 12th cusp sub lord signifies houses 3, 9,and 11, then one will come back from abroad and stay
in the motherland during the conjoined period of the significators of houses 3, 9, and 11. It would be
better to check up the sub of the 11th cusp simultaneously also. (See Navarathna mala page 8).
Analysis of the rotated chart--

As per the rule --
The 12th cusp falls in Libra and its sub lord is Jupiter+. No planets are placed in the star of Jupiter
and so Jupiter strongly signifies the house indicated by it. Jupiter is the lord of the 2 nd and 5th
placed in the 11th.
Jupiter is in the star of Mars who is lord of houses 1 and 6 placed in the 6 th and in the sub of
Jupiter who is lord of the 2nd and 5th, placed in the 11th. Thus, Jupiter signifies the 11th and
promises the event. It also signifies the 2nd as per the second group requirement along with the 11th.

AS PER THE NATIVE’S CHART---

Question 1: Sensitive Point

I am hearing /read about sensitive point/sensitive zone in KP astrology.
I have read it in KP-Astrosecrets 1 and 11.
Still it is not clear.
It was not mentioned anywhere in your lessons for KP Beginers, NAVARATNAMALA-2.
At least, I have not come across in the articles of KPEZine.
Please do not suggest to see this article or that article etc., for reference
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY EXPLAIN THE SAME, WITH AN EXAMPLE OF YOUR CHOICE
OF , MARRIAGE AND TIME OF MARRIAGE.
I feel/ think , it will be highly helpful for me as well as for the readers of the KPEZine.
Answer 1: Sensitive Point

The sensitive zone is a point in the zodiac ruled by the fructifying significators of an event-
especially the combinations of dasa lord and bhukti lord.
The transit of dasa period lords should be the first consideration. The transit of Jupiter over
a sensitive point indicates the year of fructification of the event under consideration. The
transit of luminaries Sun and Moon which are the exciting planets over the sensitive zones
indicates the month and the day of the fructification of an event respectively. The transit of
Ascendant over a sensitive point indicates the exact hour and minute of fructification of an
event.
For the chosen common significators among the four fold significators of the required hous-
es for an event to materialize and ruling planets, say conjoined period of dasa lord Sun,
bhukti lord Venus and antra lord Mercury, then 1) Sun sign, Venus star, Mercury sub; 2)
Venus sign, Sun star, Mercury sub, and 3) Mercury sign, Sun star, Venus sub are the three
sensitive and fruitful zones, which will be transited by Ascendant, Luminaries, Jupiter and
the planets ruling the dasa, bhukti and antra.
For the attached chart, Male, 01/Jun/1944, 02:58 AM, hr5:30east,16n57,82e15, KP new
Ayanamsa: 22° 59' 27", Bal. Dasa: Sun 1 Y, 1 M, 26 D, the matter of promotion was judged
at 10:14:00 AM on 17/Jan/1970, when Ascendant was rising in Saturn star and Jupiter
sign. Moon was in Sun star, Venus sign, and the day was Saturday. Sun, Moon, Jupiter,
Venus and Saturn are the ruling planets, and Rahu is also considered by virtue of Jupiter’s
aspect to Rahu.
Rahu dasa, Saturn bhukti, Jupita antra joint period was operating from 21/Feb/1970 to
10/July/1970. These joint dasa period lords Rahu, Saturn and Jupiter are found the com-
mon fruitful significtors among the four fold significators for houses 2,6,10 and 11 and rul-
ing planets. In addition they are in the sub of fruitful significators to be the strong fruitful
significators for promotion. Since Rahu is stronger than the planets the transit of the Sun in
Arudhra must be chosen i.e. from 18/June to 4/July 1970. That coincides with Rahu dasa,
Saturn Bhukti, Jupiter Antra and Rahu Sookshma.During that period the transit of the ex-
citing planet Moon indicates the day. To pin-point the date, consider the transit of Moon
every day. On Satabhisha star day, the area ruled by the bhukti lord Saturn, dasa lord Ra-
hu and antra lord Jupiter, i.e. 24/June/1970 at sunrise time.

Question 2: Mean or True Node
I am an enthusiast amateur Astrology student of KP from Jamshedpur.
As per astrological calculations the nodal points Rahu and Ketu (north node and south
node)are calculated always at exactly 180 degree apart in zodiac, But in my opinion basis of
the calculation and 180 degree concept is wrong. As orbit of earth around sun is parabolic
(or circular) then two meet points cannot be on a straight line. And if it is so then one nodal
point must be inwards towards Sun (due to concave orbital path). I would like to know the
scientific fact. If my thought is right then the whole Astrological world has to recalculate the
nodal points. I was going through one of KPEZINE old issue (KP EZine_111_April_2016 ,
Page No- 41), there is a picture. To understand what I want to say, I have saved the pic from
the magazine and highlighted the path. Please refer the edited picture I am enclosing here-
with. I may be wrong. But somewhat I feel the sublord calculation of Rahu or Ketu will be
different as they used to be earlier. For example - In particular horoscope when Rahu is in
sub of Moon then Ketu is in sub of Venus ( Pls refer page 30 and 38 of the above mentioned
magazine). But if the orbit is parabolic then one of the sublord is going to be changed re-
spective to other one. Then this fixed ratio may not work. Sublord of one or other node must
change. I hope you may not assume an insane in me :D. Probably this is why prediction on
the basis of Rahu and Ketu are always mysterious.
This evening I have posted the same query to NASA query page. But I did not post the pic-
ture there.
Answer 2:
This is the issue of using the mean nodes or true nodes as explained in the article "A Note
on Mean Nodes vs True Nodes" in the KP-Ezine July 2008 issue.
The Nodes (Rahu and Ketu) are not planets. They are mathematical points in space indicat-
ing the intersection of the orbit of the Earth around the Sun and the orbit of the Moon
which revolves around the Earth. The planes of these two orbits intersect each other at 5° 8′
40″. The line of intersection is the Nodal axis formed by the Nodes.
In reality, the Nodes “wobble” a bit. They do not move at an entirely predictable speed and
vary from day to day. They frequently turn, station, travel direct, station and return to a ret-
rograde motion. Although the Nodes move around the Zodiac in a retrograde direction, the
True Nodes may occasionally be direct and are stationary for several days at a time, as if
they are wobbling. That's because the True Nodes take the gyroscopic relationship of the
Sun/Moon into account. The Mean Node is always retrograde as assumed in the scriptures.

Prior to the mid-1970s astrologers only had access to the 'Mean Nodes” which is the average
position of their wobbling or motions. The calculation of the Mean Nodes is easy by taking
the average of motions and the True ones is complicated. However, with the advent of com-
puters and the accuracy of ephemerides and diurnal tables increasing by leaps and bounds,
astronomers began to plot its course of wobbling or motions and call this position the True
Node. The American Ephemeris programmed and publicized by Neil Michelsen and pub-
lished by Astro Computing Services (ACS) has listed both True and Mean Nodes ever since
then. Most software programs now have the option of Mean or True Nodes whichever one is
preferred.
The main reason of using the True Nodes is that they are the actual measurement of the ex-
act positions of Nodes. However, this is somewhat illusory, since the “True” Nodes are true
“only twice” a month when the Moon crosses the ecliptic. Other positions provided for the
times in between those two points are just a hypothesis.That is why Robert Hand point out
in “Horoscope Symbols” that the wobbling Nodes are no more "True" than the Mean Nodes,
as they are in their own way just as abstract a concept. They should not be used until re-
search has indicated which, if either, of the two sets of the Nodes is more valid.
The Mean Nodes have been used not only by most Vedic and KP astrologers but also by
Western well known astrologers CA Jayne, Robert Hand, Noel Tyl, Dane Rudhya, Anthony
Lewis, Don G. Borkowski etc. Vedic astrology uses Mean Nodes since ancient times, thus a
vast experience and feedback are available on Mean Nodes.
In the KP-Ezine April 2016 issue, on page 38, for the chart of Horary no. 135/249, 18/
March/2016, 12:42:46 PM IST, Ahmedabad, 23n00, 72e36, the Mean Rahu is 27Leo31:20
and the calculated True Rahu is 27Leo48:09, higher 16min:49sec. For both the Mean Rahu
and True Rahu, the star lord Sun and the sub lord Moon are the same. Similarly for Ketu
Jupiter star and Venus sub are the same for both the Mean and True value.
In the same KP-Ezine, on page 38, for the chart of Horary no. 135/249, 18/March/2016,

The True Nodes can differ from the Mean Nodes by up to 1 ¾ degrees, and the sub of nodes
may change in border line or exceptional cases only.
Question 3: Marriage Prediction

Can we predict whether the marriage was over or not from the birth details of an individu-
al?.
If so, how to proceed?.
I request you to kindly educate me in this regard.
One person has approached me to predict for his marriage and given his birth details. But ,
from the way, he was talking i suspect that the person has already got married and ap-

If the past joint dasa period lords and transit clearly indicates marriage, it can be said that
the native is found already married.
Question 4: Friend/Enemy Relation between Dasa Period Lords

For an event to take place , we will to select DBA lords as per Vimshottari dasa.
Once we select DBA lords, for example the period of SU-VE-SA.

Some are of the opinion that , the event will not take place in this period
due to the relation of Dasa and Bhukti lords. Here Sun is an enemy to Venus.
We have to select the bhukti lord in such way as friend or equal to dasa lord.
Same logic for Bhukti and antara lords also.
What is your opinion on this?.

Such kind of friend/enemy relation between dasa period lords is not applied in KP.
Question 5: Good or Bad Dasa Period

In a natal chart, how to find out whether it is a good/bad period it a particular DBA period
as per KP System.
It is not for predicting for a particular event.
Suppose a person approaches, and request us for his future, indifferent DBA periods, how
we will proceed, as per KP System?.
Answer 5:
In KP no planet is wholly benefic or malefic, and it is the same with dasa period lords. Pre-
diction is usually made for the matter asked by the consultant, for instance for marriage or
promotion or business gain. Because parents' health may be in danger when a native is
promoted since 10th significationfor the native is 2nd Maraka signification for father and 7th
Maraka signification for mother.
Question 6: Moon Position and Transit

I am going through the old/ present articles in KPEzine magazine.
In a horary suppose the father asks the question for his son, giving a no by father himself,
then the Moon position is to be checked from the original chart, and for prediction, the
chart is to be rotated to 5th position for son for lagna.
But, in some of the articles, I found/read that,

1. The chart is directly rotated, and then the Moon position is checked, even though the
question is asked by the father/ any relative .
2. In most of the articles, the date is predicted and the TRANSITION is not predicted and it
was mentioned the event has taken place on the date predicted..
Is the author leaving the transition part to check for the reader?.
Transition is very important for the event to take place and is it not necessary to check and
mention in the article by the author.
Answer 6:
Moon position should be checked from the original chart because this the Moon (mind) of a
querist.
The joint dasa period lords of fruitful significators of required houses for the event under
query indicate the timing of event when transit agrees. So it is required to check the trans-
it.

This 'KP & Astrology 2017' is the 2017 year book of KP articles published by K. Subramaniam as
shown in the contents.
For food for thought for readers some noted rules and points in the articles are as follows:
If Lagna lord or Lagna sub lord is connected to houses 3 or 9 or 12 in any manner, then the native
will be permanently settling in the foreign country where he is now living. (p 9) This is in line the test-
ed foreign settlement rule by 100 charts that one will settle abroad if the Lagan cusp and 12th cusp
sub lords signify houses 3, 9 or 12. It is more sure if the 3,9 and 12 significators are connected to
each other.
In prediction of election result, if 6th and 11th cuspal sub lords’ signification of houses 6 or 11 and
also 1,2,9,10 (p 27)/ if their signification of houses 1,2,3,6,10 and 11, success is promised during
the joint period (DBA) of the significators of 1,2,3,6,10 and 11. (p 81) Since power comes from 10th
house, the 10th cuspal sub lord's signification of more important houses 6 (win over opponent), 10
(power, name, fame, success) and 11 (gain, desire
fulfillment) may be more reasonable.
Retrograde planets in the birth chart reverse the event. (p 93) Retrogression does not matter in natal
charts as per common KP understanding.
Jupiter’s connection in any manner with houses 6, 8 and 12 indicates the probability of cancer dis-
ease. (p 15)
If the 6th cuspal sub lord signifies houses 2,6,8,10 or 12 and is in connection with inter-related
Moon, Mercury, Saturn, Ketu or Uranus, a native may be diagnosed for austim disease during the
joint dasa period of significators of houses 2,6,810 or 12, (p 125) Austin is a complex developmental
disability for achild.
Rules for assassination based on 12 assassinated charts of Benazir Bhutto to James A Garfield:
1) If the Ascendant CSL signifies 2,6,7,8,12, Badhaka, then unnatural death including assassination
is indicated. (p 141)

2) If the 8th CSL signifies 2,7,8,12, then assassination is indicated. (p 142)
3) If the 12th cusp sub lord signifies 2,7,8 or 12 and is connected to Badhaka, the native will be as-
sassinated during the conjoined period of the significators of 2,7,8,12 and Badhaka. (p 143)
In this regard, a tested rule of assassination (by Kanak Bosmia):

Rule-1: If 8 or 12th cusp sub lord signifies 8 or 12, one can be assassinated in the DBA of
8,12 significators
Rule-2: If 8 or 12th cusp sub lord signifies 1,5,11, one can escaped from fatal attack.
8th house: Infamy, accidental death, executions, misery.
12th house: Crimes, assassinations, anxieties, blackmail, cheating, clandestine associates, exiled
persons, misery misfortune, moksha
Regarding signification, consideration of planet and its star lord only (p 32) and also up to sub’s star
level like in K.M. Subramanium’s ‘Sublord Speaks’ (pp 20-22) has been noted.
6-fold significators table (A,B,C,D,E,F) is used in one article. (p 126) By extending significators from 4
to 6, almost all planets may become significators for most houses under consideration. More im-
portantly the sub cannot be used as 'decider' in considering whether a planet is favorable or not for
the matter under study and in choosing fruitful significators without using the ruling planets.
Unfortunately no chart details, DOB, TOB, POB, are not shown in the interpretation of Narendra
Modiji’s birth chart (p 98-99) in order to compare with his other birth times floated in circulation.
