v. Complete Discharge Book in support of your claim of belonging to Ex-Serviceman Category (if
applicable).
vi. Certificate from the Office/Department [in case you are claiming age relaxation as a Central Govt.
Civilian Employee {CGCE}] in support of your claim that you have completed three years of
regular service as on 03.11.2016 and also Official/Departmental endorsement/certificate with
particulars, duly verified by your office. (Please note that you will not be eligible for age relaxation
admissible to the Central Govt. Civilian Employee, if you have ceased to be in Govt. service). You
will also be required to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer in case you
have opted for age relaxation as CGCE employee, failing which you will not be allowed to avail the
benefit of age relaxation.
vii. In case you are a disabled Defence/BSF personnel, necessary Disability Certificate from the Competent
Authority;
viii. Photo Identity Card in original like Voter Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport etc.
ix. Two passport size photographs.
x. Admit card of Secondary Board Level (10th Standard) Examination or any other document which
contains the Roll Number of the candidate in Secondary Board level examination.

3. If you do not produce any of the above mentioned documents in original (along with their self attested
copies) which are required for determining your eligibility for the post(s) you have qualified for, you will not be
admitted for document verification under any circumstances and no further opportunity will be accorded
for document verification.

4. NO travelling or other expenses will be paid by the Commission for attending the document
verification.

5. Any change in your postal address should be communicated to this office at once indicating your Roll
No., Name of the examination and the post applied for and the changed address.

6. Your candidature is Provisional. You must in your own interest go through the detailed instructions
contained in the Notice of the examination (available on the website of the Commission http://ssc.nic.in) and
related corrigendum to the Notice issued from time to time and ensure that you fulfill all the conditions of
eligibility laid down in the advertisement/notice of the Examination. If at any stage it is found that you do not
fulfill any of the conditions of eligibility as prescribed in the notice of the examination, your candidature
will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.

7. All candidates will have to submit option for departments at the time of online document verification.
You are advised to download the option form from the website www.sscer.org and bring the filled in form on the
day of the document verification. Preferences exercised by you for a post will be accepted subject to fulfilling the
eligibility conditions for the post.

8. Please note that date, time and venue of document verification is final and no request for change will
be entertained. If you fail to appear for document verification on the scheduled date and time you will not be
considered for final selection.

9. This Call Letter will not be sent to the candidates by post and can only be downloaded from the website
of the regional office of the Commission i.e. www.sscer.org .

10. Canvassing in any form will result in cancellation of your candidature.
