Any institute not having prior approval from AICTE and conducting programmes/courses as outlined above, are liable to punitive Legal/Criminal action in accordance with para 9 and 10 of AICTE Regulations, 2016 as notified in the Gazette of India vide F.No. AB/AICTE/REG/2016 dated 30" November 2016. By this notice, may the general Public also be informed to ensure that such unapproved institutes are brought to the notice of AICTE for necessary action. The State Government and Universities may ensure that they have prior approval of AICTE before affiliating these institutes. The institutions are also directed to ensure timely and complete payment of the staffs’ salaries by ECS (Electronic Clearing Service) through nationalized banks. Advt.
