Recruited as a key senior member of the Enterprise Security Services Office of the CTO, guiding technology decision-making during
transition from one entity to two separate organizations, HP Inc. and HP Enterprise. Worked through the merger of HP Enterprise
with CSC, forming DXC Technology. Provided practiced C-level experience and strategy for internal projects, as well as
collaborated with current and prospective customers on building strategy and tactical issues relevant to business and industry.
Generated a projected $1B over the next 4 years by establishing strategic security direction for the Fortune 50 organization.

Recruited to ACS in 2007 and retained as the CISO following the merger for one year to assess existing information security
practices after a prior loss of personal information records. Evaluated the company’s four major business units, impacting 1,000+
client contracts. Approved and administered a program of physical security, information security, and privacy for internal and
external partners and customers, with 400+ global associates a $25M annual budget.
Achieved a significant reduction in overall operating costs by consolidating operations and functions; decreased domestic
staffing by 25% and increased offshore capabilities.
Enhanced 24/7 support capabilities and reduced operating costs by establishing an offshore security operations center.
Played a key role in executive decision-making for the company establishing monthly metrics and reporting business
information for each business to the Board of Directors.

One acquisition by JP Morgan Chase. Retained by JP Morgan Chase to address critical regulatory findings that impeded the bank’s
ability to grow and meet projected plans.
Ensured continued data integrity and consistent operations by collaborating with other technology leaders during the
company’s technology and infrastructure movement.
Significantly decreased regulatory concerns by remediating key BCP issues in 12-18 months; Consistently received improved
regulatory audit ratings YOY (FFIEC, GLBA, BCP).
Developed a business process for risk ranking key processes, applications, and systems with a disaster recovery model that
was leveraged by other lines of business for key projects and processes.
Represented the institution during presentations to the Federal Reserve Bank and other regulators during deliberations on
the “Fed White Paper” after 9/11; Led the remediation efforts.
Coordinated the bank’s participation in “LiveWire,” a national cyber preparedness program sponsored by the Department of
Homeland Security.

Sole proprietor, providing information security strategy and infrastructure consulting services to a variety of industries and
organizations. Contracted by the National Center for the Study on Counter-Terrorism and Cybercrime to develop a modeling
program for the Department of Homeland Security. Served as the project lead for the financial services sector of the project.
