E. Discussion
Phase initiates the development of animals after gametogenesis is fertilization.
These processes bring the two kinds of gametes and while keeping the tiller remains
diploid number of chromosomes as the parent. The mating process in mammals
involve sexual behavior typical of which is controlled by sex hormones. In addition,
sex hormones also affect the reproductive cycle in female animals. Females
generally become receptive to males at the moment is at a stage / estrus period.
Once it is known that female mice at the stage / period of estrus, the female mice
were kept in one cage with a mating male mice to occur. Pregnant female mice were
separated from female mice and maintained until delivery. Female fertility was
observed based on the number of implantation and number of tillers.
Mammal is one example fertilisasinya internally. Most mammals are born and
not hatched. Internal fertilization an embryo developed in the uterus of the female
reproductive tract. Eutheria in mammals (placental) parent uterine lining and extra
embryonic membranes derived from embryos together form the placenta, the
nutrient diffuses into the blood of the embryo. Mammalseutherinaumunmya called
placental mammals because the placenta of the most complex and show a more
intimate relationship and lasts longer between parent and child is growing.
For animals that internal fertilization kopulatori equipped with the organ, which
is an organ that deliver sperm from the male to the female organism. In vertebrates
that live in water fertilization outside the body (external fertilization), examples of
fish and frogs. Animals that live on land fertilization within the body (internal
fertilization). In mammals the males, genitals called penis in reptiles such as lizards
and lizards using hemipenisata fake penis, whereas in the nation on the duck birds
for example, to deliver sperm using the tip of the cloaca.
The female reproductive system (female) consisted of two ovaries, two uterine
tube, oviduct, uterus, vagina and external gernetalis. Ovary consists of areas medulla
containing blood vessels and a bit of loose connective tissue, and cortical regions
containing follicles containing oocytes. Ovarian surface bounded by a layer of
flattened epithelial cells called germinitivum, the underlying stroma forming a dense
layer called the tunica albugenia. Ovarian got bleeding from the ovarian arteries
branch from the aorta.
Male reproductive organ is the testes, the seminiferous tubules and epididymis.
Testis is the main organ in males, usually in pairs, and the main function is to
produce sperm and the male reproductive hormone mainly androgens. Seminifeus
tubules composed of fibrous connective tissue, basal lamina, and epithelial
germinitivum. Epietl germinal consists of 4-8 layers of cells that occupy the space
between the basement membrane and the tubular lumen. The epididymis is limited
by connective tissue on the outside, the middle layer of smooth muscle, and many
false ciliated epithelium-lined on the inside. In rats and mice, testis only consist of
one room only. In the testes are channels which are hindering smooth called the
seminiferous tubules, the venue for spermatogenesis.
presentation of the results of observations obtained with the amount of 12.8%
implantation, gestation loss of 2.8%, presentation of live fetuses at 100%, the
presentation of the fetus dies at 0%, presentation embryo reabsorption of 0%, intra-
uterine mortality of 0%.
F. Conclusion
namely surgery performed on day 15 of pregnancy in mice.placenta in mice
shaped U, with 6 fetus in right uterus and 3 in left side. All of fetus was life in
percentage of loss gestation 2,8 %. With average of weight fetus was 0,97 gr.
