As per the instructions, I have visited the S.M & AR Farm, Samalkot
and inspected the buildings bearing D.No’s: 12-7-10/1, 12-7-11/1, 12-7-15 & 12-
8-10/A. The condition of buildings are reported below

1930 It is a Tiled roof building. Roof of
the building is completely
collapsed Structural Cracks were
found in the Load bearing walls.
All the doors and windows were
damaged and collapsed. Settlement
of building is found at the ground
level. Entire Building is covered
with plantation. Building is in an
isolated condition. Plantation is
growing in the basement and on the
walls of entire building which lead
to structural crack. Building is not
suitable for occupation and fit for
condemnation as it completed its
service life.
