Instructions to Candidates reporting to College of Engineering, Pune [COEP]


Direct Second Year Engineering Admission
Academic Year 2016-17

Reporting Dates: 31/08/2016 to 03/09/2016


Time: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

1. All students have to report to the College of Engineering Pune , Main Auditorium .

2. Information about fee structure and payment of fees is available on institute


website.

3. Candidates must do online payment towards the COEP admission fees, have to
bring five copies of transaction statement. Please refer to the following link for fee
structure and online payment process:
http://www.coep.org.in/admissions/feestructure

4. All students should carry the Allotment Letter and Seat Acceptance Printout along
with the following list of mandatory original documents and additional two sets of
self attested photocopies to be submitted at the time of reporting.

the Government of Maharashtra or Government of Maharashtra

Certificate stating that Candidate belongs to the disputed border
area in Proforma – G1.

Certificate stating that the mother tongue of the Candidate is
Marathi in Proforma – G2.

All these Documents are required to be verified with the originals by the Admission
authority when the Candidate reports to the institute for confirmation of Admission after
obtaining the allotment. No Admission will be confirmed unless all the original
documents are submitted for verification.

1. Candidates who have secured admission under TFWS seat category have to
submit in original the Income certificate stating that his/her parent’s annual
income is less than Rs. 6.0 lakhs from all sources from the appropriate
competent authority of the Maharashtra State.
2. Candidates are also required to submit in original the notarized education gap
certificate (if applicable) on Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp.
3. Candidates who do not have Caste/Tribe validity certificate issued by the
competent authority, should produce notarized Proforma-H on Rs. 100/- non-
judicial stamp paper as per the format given below:
4. Candidate reporting to COEP is also required to submit the notarized anti
ragging format on Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper as per the format given
below( The candidate can fill this information at their end and submit the
printout of the same while reporting to COEP:
5. Parent/Guardian of the Candidate admitted to COEP is also required to submit
the notarized anti ragging format on Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper as
per the format given below:
6. For hostel admission procedure, refer the following:

a) After completion of college admission procedure, the students desirous to seek


admission in COEP Hostel should report to hostel office in COEP Hostel Campus
and fill the “Hostel Application form”.
b) The last date for submission of “Hostel Application form” is Saturday, 3rd
September 2016, up to 5.00 PM
c) The “Hostel Allotment List” will be displayed on Hostel Notice board on 4 th
September 2016 at 11.00AM.
d) The students whose name appears in the allotment list will make online payment
of Rs 28,000/- [Hostel Fees Rs 23,000/- plus Hostel Deposit Rs. 5000/-] before
7th September 2016.

Note: Regular classes for the students admitted to COEP will start from 6th
Sept 2016.
