OFFICERON CONTRACT BASIS.

A. NUMBER OF POST: 02

B. REMUNERATION: Rs. 40,000/-

C. UPPER AGE AS ON CLOSING DATE: NOT MORE THAN 45 YEARS.

D. DUTY STATION: SITES ALL OVER INDIA

E. QUALIFICATION: GRADUATE IN ANY DISCIPLINE FROM A GOVT. RECOGNIZED

UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE WITH DIPLOMA IN SAFETY MANAGEMENT INDUSTRIAL SAFETY
FROM A RECOGNISED INSTITUTE/ UNIVERSITY.

F. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties would include (but not limited to ) following:-

1. Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to
assure personnel safety.
2. Ensure preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP)
3. Maintain awareness of active and developing situations.
4. Encourage and educate employees to take precautions and adhere to safety rules to
protect themselves and the equipment they use from damage.
5. Review the incident Act Plan for Safety implication
6. Liaisoning with appropriate Safety Organisations.
7. Maintaining a safe working environment.
8. To comply with the safety laws, norms and standards,
 9. To co-ordinate and motivate the safety educational and training programmes among
the workers.
10.To maintain all safety related documents and records.
11.To ensure safety measures as per General Conditions of Contract (GCC) of NBCC.

G. POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE:

1. Should have minimum 05years’experience as Safety Officer at Construction Industry.

BRIEF TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ENGAGEMENT:

1. The engagement will be on contract basis initially for a period of one year, which can be
extended further on mutual consent basis.
2. TA will be paid as per Tour requirement. DA on tour will be paid as per the entitlement of a
serving employee of equivalent rank in NBCC.
3. Mobile facility will be provided under CUG Scheme as per NBCC Mobile Facility Scheme
applicable to similar level officer(s).
4. The employee shall be governed under NBCC contributory post retirement scheme, in case
the employee is not availing medical benefit from any Govt. / Other sources

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR INTERVIEW:

1. Application should be filled up in prescribed proforma only with BOLD letters either in
English or in Hindi. Application received through email will not be entertained.
2. Candidature will be liable for cancellation if at any stage it is found that information
furnished in the application is misleading/incomplete/false. Candidates are advised to give
specific / correct/ full information.and attach proof thereof by way of attested photocopies
of the original documents/certificates etc.
3. Mere fulfilling the minimum requirement will not vest any right for selection. In case of
overwhelming response, NBCC reserves the right to shortlist the candidates by fixing
revised eligibility criteria.
4. NBCC reserves the right to cancel this advertisement and/or the selection process
without assigning any reason.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the Walk-in-interview.
