Preparation of Unlead BSCCO Superconductor with Critical Temperature 110K

Abstract-The results of the synthesis and superconducting superconductors at partial substitution of cooper oxide

The temperature dependence of resistivity for sample 736


with x=0.2 and for sample 734 with x=0.0, revealing Tc zero
equal to 102.4 K and 75.45 K, respectively, are also shown in
Fig. 1.

The analysis showed that this sample consisted of the small


size grey particles representing the superconducting Bi-2212
phase and equally arranged dark areas representing of pores.
A very small amount of the "yellow phase" is presented at
the surface. For comparison Fig. 2b illustrates the X-ray
diffraction pattern of the sample with x=0.0 synthesized
under the same conditions as sample 673.

The presence of the Bi-2223 superconducting phase in the


samples with Tc zero > 100 K has been elaborately analyzed.
Fig. 3 represents X-ray diffraction pattern of powdered
