CREATE SITE ON BSC

We use the template to create the site.

1. We get the template from the netnumen, as the below picture:

We get the office template, as blew:

2. Now we create the site 729.
We fill these three sheets IP Path Group and SCTP Config(IUB-ABIS) and IP
Bearer(ABIS) in the template before we create the new site.

First we fill the sheet SCTP Config(IUB-ABIS)

(1) User label: 0729 - Merrydale VC

(2) Managed Element Object ID: CSPBZ4 bsc ID 24(We have to plan this data)
(3) Association ID: site number 429(We have to plan this data)
(4) CMP Module No.: 11(We have to plan this data on this bsc has CMP No.3-18 you can
choose any one)
(5) Local port: site number 429
(6) Local IP address: bsc omcb server ip address(each bsc has one own address)
(7) Remote port: site number 429
(8) Remote IP address: site ip (Transmission team have to plan)
(9) SCTP association bearer protocol type: 21(all the sites we use IPABIS type)
(10) Max Retransmission Timeout(10millisecond): default value
(11) Min Retransmission Timeout(10millisecond): default value
(12) Initial Retransmission Timeout(10millisecond): default value
(13) Heartbeat Interval(10millisecond): default value
(14) Delayack interval(10millisecond): default value

Second we fill the sheet IP Path Group.

(1) User label: 0729 - Merrydale VC
(2) Managed Element Object ID: CSPBZ4 bsc ID 24
(3) Path Group Id: 1429 (this number come from site id 429+1000 we have to plan, if
the site id is 120 the path group id should be 1120)
(4) Father Path Group Id: 65535 (invalid)
(5) CMP Module No.: 11(the same as sheet SCTP Config(IUB-ABIS) )
(6) Path Group Bear Type: 2 (we use ETHERNET_NOVLAN)
(7) PLMN Group Object ID: 65507
(8) Ratio of occupied private bandwidth of Path Group by operator: 0
(9) Forward bandwidth(kbps): 32000
(10) Backward bandwidth(kbps) :32000

Third we fill sheet IP Bearer(ABIS)

(1) User label: 0729 - Merrydale VC

(2) Managed Element Object ID: CSPBZ4 bsc ID 24
(3) Adjacent Net Element Identifier: site number 429
(4) SITE ID: 429
(5) SCTP associating ID: 429
(6) PLMN Group Object ID: 65507
(7) Module No.:11(the same as sheet SCTP Config(IUB-ABIS)
(8) Path Tx Band width of Trpath (kbps):32000(the same as sheet ip path group)
(9) Path Rx Band width of Trpath (kbps):32000
(10) Path Group ID: 1429 (the same as sheet ip path group)
Now we finish the template fill.

3. We use the template to create the site on bsc.

Fist we import the template to the bsc
Choose the template open it and execute.

Last step synchronize modify data.
