Following points observed during the rounds of KMC New Camp on 15 Oct
2016:
1. Water Pipe near the Toilet Block is to be painted.
2. Urinal Door is to be wielded.
3. Blue mooring of 3 feet in the outer wall of the Washerman, Barber & Cobbler shop.
4. Water Cooler in the TV Room No -02 is to be repaired.
5. Table cloth is to be provided for TV Room No-02.
6. TV Stand in Room No-02 is to be covered.
7. Wooden Cupboard in the storeroom is to be repaired.
8. Additional clothing line wires are to be fixed in the cloth dry shade.
9. Volleyball ground, referee stand and fencing are to be painted.
10. Shoe racks are to be cleaned.
11. STP tank side is to be filled with OB/BHQ for the movement of STP Tanker.
12. DG shade, Security point in the entrance gate and the Fire-wood shade are to be painted.
13. Electrical Pole is to be removed from the front of MTLL Block.
14. 03 Nos. of Ceiling fans are to be provided in conference hall.
15. Clothing line support is to be painted green.

Following points observed during the rounds of KMC Old Camp on 15 Oct
2016:
1. Camp building is to be distempered.
2. Doors and Windows are to be painted.
3. Fire Point is to be painted.
4. Bathrooms and Toilet walls are to be distempered.
5. Tiles are to be fixed in the Bathroom passage.
6. Unused items in the shoe racks are to be disposed of.
7. Rooms are to be painted and False Ceilings of all rooms are to be fixed.
8. Dining Hall is to be painted.
9. Flower Garden is to be produced in the centre of the block.
10. Clothing lines with T- structure is to be provided inside the blocks.
11. Outer wall of the Gym is to be painted.
12. Shoe racks are to be painted.
13. Old Tin Sheets for Room No 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & Dining Hall are to be replaced with new one.
14. Stand is to be provided for carom board.
15. Wall Mounted fans are to be cleaned for every rooms.
