This article may have a lot of information that most of which is not relevant to me but

some of what is said is very useful to my research paper. For example, this article talks

about how many surgery complications happen a year and how the number has risen over

the years. Seeing since it is being published by CNN, the information being provided

automatically has some credibility. In addition, the author Jen Christensen who

specializes in health, medical and wellness which is why she works as part of that unit for

CNN. Ultimately, this article is extremely reliable and has useful information for my

topic.

This article goes into detail about the negative aspects of overtraining your body. Sports,

some more than others are extremely vigorous to the body. However the cause of

overtraining, lies more on the athlete and not the sport. There are warning signs an athlete

will feel throughout his or her body but most people ignore these signs and try to do more

which causes them to be victims of overtraining. The only thing that can cure

overtraining is rest. Rest is the most underrated/overlooked form of rehabilitation. I am

positive that this source has provided me with valid information. One reason being is that

I found the website through a database. Also, this website was created and edited by

workers for the company Gale which is an educational database. Overall, this site

provided me with an ample amount of credited information.
