Leading and managing a group of technicians and engineers to execute all types of maintenance
for all of terminal equipment.
Hands-on maintenance and repairs of equipment dealing with different hand and powered
maintenance and measurement tools.
Targets were to minimize breakdown times, keeping equipment in the designed productive
conditions,
Reduce defects and maintenance costs, order required spare parts, and report all maintenance
activities through CMMS.
Technical Working field was: gear reducers, electrical motors, wire ropes, sheaves, hydraulic
circuits, diesel and gasoline engines, automatic transmission, final drives, differential, pneumatic
circuits, PLC, tires, different types of lubrication systems.

Achievements Highlights
Succeeded to launch oil analysis program on several equipment types (Hydraulic, gearbox, and engine
oils). Managed to prevent several severe failures by early prediction.
Using the IR, Ultrasound, and visual inspection programs, managed to predict early equipment failures.
Completed a project of a renovation of equipment greasing procedures and routine. Reduced
equipment downtime required for greasing and grease consumption as well. Developed an in-house
greasing activity to manage and control the greasing routines.
