WORK METHODOLOGY FOR Coral Adasevci

The premises of the station are separated in two parts by a plasterboard wall. The
first section is the working space including the offices, sales products, cash box and toilets (A
-C Axes, Floor Plan), and the other one includes the kitchen, the changing rooms of the staff
and the coffee area (Axes C- E, Floor Plan), which is used as a storage room.

After the completion of the roof strength test, thermal insulation and membrane
will be installed all over the roof. Internal works will start from the storage room, provided
that all products have been removed from the storage, as well as the equipment from the
kitchen.

The direct placement of thermal and hydro roof insulation is necessary because
there can be an inflow of water when it rains, which will cause many problems to the works
that follow, such as laying thermal insulation under the existing roof of the building,
electromechanical installations, suspended ceilings etc.

A crucial point for the internal works, after dismantling works, is the placement of
the thermal insulation below the existing sheet metal roofing first, so that after its
completion, the electromechanical works can start.

Since the part of the roof, where the replacement of the metal structure for the new
machine (purlins 100/160mm, length 7.5m) and the replacement of some trapezoidal sheet
metal, will take place entirely above the toilets, we recommend that, before commencing
the works, a suitable configuration of the plasterboard wall must be done by installing a
partition plasterboard wall, excluding the toilets, so that all the works within the toilets can
be done without any risk.

In this case, rented chemical toilets should be used for the period of the A phase
(about 40 days).

The order of works is as follows:

1. Removal of suspended ceilings (gypsum board, insulation, metallic roof local

elements)
2. Dismantling of the existing trapezoidal sheet metal.

1
3. Installation of steel sub construction for supporting the machine equipment on
the roof (2phases).
First, the installation of the vertical elements to complete the external
insulation, and after the exact choice of the machine equipment, the
construction of the framework on which they will be supported.
4. Roof restoration (covering with trapezoidal sheet metal, installation of a flashing
of the cornice).
5. Installation of thermal insulation (mineral wool) and waterproofing (membrane)
at the top of the building roof.
6. Thermal insulation below the existing sheet metal roofing.
7. Electrical and mechanical installations.
8. Placing tiles, making drywall partitions and paintings.
9. Installing air conditioners on the roof.
10. Construction of new suspended ceiling

The whole works should have been completed throughout the A phase, before the B
phase starts.

After the completion of the A Phase, the station's functions will be transferred to the
refurbished department store, and the works will continue in the same order for the rest of
the shop. Great attention will be paid during the movement of the cash box furniture, just a
few meters away, in order to replace the tiles at this specific part.
