TO SYSTEMISE THE MECHANISM OF GIVING BANQUET HALL/CONFERENCE ROOM FOR PARTIES AND
CORPORATE EVENTS
CAPACITY
OUTLET MANAGER SHALL MAKE A MASTER FILE OF THREE TO FOUR STANDARD MENU OPTIONS
WITH EXPECTED COST OF MENU OVER NUMBER OF PERSON (30 – 60 - 100 – 140) WITH ADD ON
OPTIONS AND GET IT APPROVED FOR ONCE FROM MANAGEMENT.
FURTHER IF THE MENU IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FROM THE OFFERED MENU THAN PRICE SHALL
BE QUOTED ACCORDING TO BELOW GIVEN FORMULA.
THERE SHALL BE STANDARD FOUR TO FIVE FOOD OPTIONS AVAILABLE AT OUTLET FOR FAMILY
GATHERINGS (MUTTON MENU, CHICKEN MENU, MUTTON AND CHICKEN MENU , FISH ADD
RATES TO EACH OF THE MENU) AND ALSO FOR CORPORATE LIKE TWO TEA AND LUNCH MENU
WITH TWO TO THREE DIFFERENT OPTIONS.
MINIMUM HALL RENT TO BE CHARGED TO CUSTOMER IN ANY CASE AS MENTIONED ABOVE.
PER HEAD CHARGED TO CUSTOMER SHALL BE SOME OF {EXP PER HEAD HALL INCOME +
(FOODCOST/35*100)}.
FOR PEOPLE LESS THAN CAPACITY SHALL BE CHARGED EXTRA RENT TO CUSTOMER (ADDITION
TO FIXED CHARGES)
EXAMPLE
FAMILY GATHERING PARTY IS BOOKED IN BANQUET HALL OF AROUND 90 PEOPLE AND THE MENU
SELECTED BY THEM WILL COST US RS 300 PER PERSON THAN
MECHANISM
RENT OF 8 PERSON (8*350=2800) RS 3000 APPROX, MEANS SHOULD COLLECT RS 18000 AS RENT
INSTEAD OF RS 15000.
CUSTOMER SHALL BE CHARGED FOR SPECIAL DECORATION RS 5000 AND RS 3000 IF PROJECTOR IS
OFFERED
RELAXATIONS
IN NON SEASON DAYS MANAGER HAS RIGHT TO GIVE UP T0 10% FAVOR TO CUSTOMER.
IN ROUTINE MANAGER HAS AUTHORITY TO GIVE 5 TO 8% DISCOUNT TO REGULAR/LOYAL
CUSTOMERS.
