Enter your User Id and Password then click on “Login” button

2. Application Link

Once homepage is opened, user needs to click on the “application tab”. Following is the navigation
sequence to reach Annual Confidential Report.

Homepage -> Applications -> Employee Functions -> Annual Confidential Report

3. Manage Appraisal Hierarchy

 The Employee manages hierarchy for Annual Confidential Report through ‘Manage Appraisal
Hierarchy’.

 After setting up respective authorities, the hierarchy is configured.

4. Self Appraisal
Employee fills Self-Appraisal comments on the Performa below:

 After filling the comments, Employee submits the request and the file gets forwarded
to Reporting Authority.

5. Reporting, Reviewing and Accepting Authority

Once file has been completed with self-appraisal, it gets moved to Reporting Authority:

 Reporting Authority puts his/her Reporting comments and rating, then forwards it to Reviewing
Authority.

 Reviewing Authority puts his/her Reviewing comments and rating, then forwards it to Accepting
Authority.

 Accepting Authority puts his/her Accepting comments and rating, then freezes the ACR.

 After freezing ACR, intimation goes to all in hierarchy along with the employee.
