ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

TITLE: TWO – DAY LIVE – IN RE-ORIENTATION ON RECLASSIFICATION AND


CONVERSION OF ITEMS AND RANKING OF EMPLOYEES AND
TEACHER APPLICANTS

Date: February 1-2, 2018
I. RATIONALE:

In line with the DepEd’s Mission that Administators and staff shall ensure an enabling and
supportive environment for effective learning to happen, this 2-Day District Rollout on the
Implementation of DepEd Issuances Relevant to Reclassification, Conversion of Teaching and Teaching
Related Items and Ranking of Teachers is a way to upgrade every Public School Teachers both
Elementary and Secondary on what the opportunities awaits a teacher whenever a particular requirement
is being achieved. With the information this convergence brings, doors of opportunities and creativity
may hopefully be opened to the lives of the teachers as they continue to carry and to accomplish the task
entrusted to them they also have some bright inspiration to look into which this 2-Day orientation
workshop provides.

II. OBJECTIVES :

This project aims to:

1. Improve the procedural knowhow of the teachers of Tigbao District on the


requirements and process in upgrading item.
2. Eliminate clouds of doubt in issues pertaining to promotion, reclassification and
conversion.
3. Create a desirable relationship among colleagues of DepEd Tigbao district as
information on the like is served.

The target participants are to be grouped into 3 batches, that is 90 participants per batch in
order to ensure quality delivery of the content of the training.

Batch 1 -Secondary School heads, PSDS and District SSC members of


QuaLCi I and II.
Batch 2 -Secondary School heads, PSDS and District SSC members of
QuaLCi III and IV.
Batch 3 -Secondary School heads, PSDS and District SSC members of
QuaLCi V and VI.
