File No: 22204/1/2013/EAC/A V/PartFile/Volume C Subject: Fresh Empanelment of 220 Private FM radio stations with DAVP, reg In response to DAVP’s advisory no. 22204/1/2013/EAC/AV/PartFile/Volume C dated 01.03.2017, 220 Private FM stations have submitted their acceptance of DAVP’s offer of empanelment and rates. 2, After scrutinising the acceptance of offer letter received from 220 Private FM stations, all 220 stations have been found eligible for empanelment with DAVP as per the terms and conditions agreed upon in the offer letter by private FM stations. The list of 220 Private FM stations with their BC code and time band wise rates (Gross rate in Rupees) is at Annexure A (5 pages). 3. The fresh panel of 220 Private FM stations with the agreed rates and terms and conditions mentioned in their offer letters will become operational with effect from 01.04.2017 for campaigns and release orders released by DAVP. The interim panel of 208 Private FM stations notified vide DAVP’s advisory no. 22204/1/2013/EAC/AV/PartFile/Volume B dated 15.11.2016 would cease to exist from 01.04.2017. 4, With regard to the fresh panel, the BC code for Private FM stations which were already empanelled with DAVP shall remain the same, For new stations, the BC code mentioned in the annexure shall be their username and the password will be sent by email. New stations are also required to submit a duly filled mandate form signed by the authorised signatory of their respective banks and submit it to DAVP. The format of the mandate form is at Annexure B. 5.
