Fee for the month long study- Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand)
TADA for about 10-12 days- Rs. 15,000/- (twenty thousand)
Stationery, communication, sample cost etc.- Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
TOTAL- Rs. 55,000/- (fifty five thousand)

Concluding workshop (based on actual, to be paid by march 15th, as per the indent)-
Hall rent- Rs. 5,000/-
Food, 2 times tea-biscuit for 15-20 persons * Rs. 200/- :- Rs. 3,000/-
Travel for 10 participants from nearby town-*Rs. Rs. 1,000= Rs. 10,000/-
Miscellaneous- Rs. 2,000/-
TOTAL- Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand)

GRAND TOAL- Rs. 75,000/- (seventy five thousand) * 11 states= Rs. 8.25 lakh

CCD supervision- travel charges- Rs. 40,000/- p.m. * 2 persons = Rs. 0.8 lakh

TOTAL SURVEY COST- Rs. 9.05 lakh including the NGO cost & CCD supervision.
FOLLOW UP ACTION
Post workshop, during April- June

At each of the 8 states, barring TN, MP & MH where its already started

Each NGO works with 100 to 500 producers in general, with average 250 closely, so the
beneficiaries could be 2,500 excluded families in the year 1, while 5,000 by year 3. The
business could be Rs. 2.5 crore in year 1 & 7.5 crore by year 3, considering rise in per head
income.

1. Producer association formation, registration as small scale industry, seek CST, TIN
2. Good collection & agriculture manuals, training in vernacular
3. Exposure visits to successful producer clusters
4. Contacts with local/ nearest corporate for regular, quality supply at fair price
5. Trial supply & upscaling in 3 months of dryland/ waste land herbs
6. Seed collection, nursery for monsoon
7. Planting or monsoon crop of medicinal plant identified by the concerned industry
