The tab labelled 'InputSheet' outlines generic, repeated fields that require
customisation. 1
Field areas such as [Organisation Name] [roles responsible], will be automatically
filled with the information you input – in Column D – alongside the corresponding
field.

ensure that you copy and paste the FULL image URI into this cell. You can get this
by holding Shift and right clicking on the image file, selecting ‘Copy as path’, and
paste it into cell D4.

Description of what to enter

Insert your Organisations Name in D2

Insert your Organisations Address in D3
Insert the full filepath (C:\) to your corporate
logo here (you will need to ensure the logo is
sized appropriately for your style of
documentation) in D4.

List here the different levels of document

classification that your organisations uses -
you must enter these in the same form as the
example in D5.
The cells in Column D are fully
customisable.

Customise Column D by overwriting the

predefined roles (existing italicised grey text)

These roles have been pre-determined based

on appropriate responsibilities for each
management system.
Columns E-H indicate which roles are either
owner or approver for the documentation
contained within the respective documentation
toolkits.

Other roles listed in column D are a collective

of roles that are present within several
document types however, not responsible for
owning or approving the document.

You can make any of these amends as you go

and simply update the Word file when this
worksheet has been filled in and Saved.

Where an individual within your organisation

acts as two management system roles, simply
combine the two together in the same cell and
make sure that you replace the other field(s)
with the same new combined role, for
example: Business Continuity Manager/Quality
Managerwill occur twice in the list in Column
D - replacing both D9 and D60.
