The students will be able to sight read in 2 parts, and extend their vocal range. The students will

6. Go up major scale- leave out "5", then "3" (2 min)

8. Sight read (7 min)
 Clap through rhythms first (1 min)

III. ASSESSMENT

The groups ability to sight-read independently the first time will give the music educator the
ability to assess the groups ability to sight read in two parts. The clapping portion of the sight
reading will give the music educator the ability to see if the students are able to sight read
rhythms independently.
