ZenerElectricwarrantythe VSC2000againstdefective workmanship and materials for a


periodof 24 monthsfromthe dateof dispatch. Suchdefects will be free
rectified of charge for
bothlabourand material,at ZenerElectric's premisessubjectto:
1. ZenerElectric's customerraisingan orderuponZenerfor serviceand/orrepairs,subjectto
a warrantyclaim.The orderis to stateparticulars of the modeland serialnumber,the date
of originalpurchaseand invoice/delivery docketnumber.
2. All damageresultingfromincorrectinstallation or useotherthanin accordance withthe
instructionmanuals issued by Zener Electricis excluded from thiswarranty.
3. The Warrantybeingrenderedinvalidif the productis misusedor if any unauthorised
modification
alteration, or substitution of any partof the productbe madeor the serial
numberof the productis defacedor altered.
4. The costof transportation (bothways)is to be metby the ownerif it is necessary to return
the product,or any partof it, to ZenerElectric's premises. ,
5. A chargebeingacceptedby the ownerfor travelingtimeand expensesincurredin
connection withwarrantyserviceat the user'ssiteas requested by the owner.
6. lf the productwas not purchased fromZenerElectricdirectly, thena warrantyclaimmust
be lodgedwiththe originalsupplierin the firstinstance.Repairswill not be effectedby
ZenerElectric unlessapproved by theoriginal supplier.
7. Goodsnot of our own manufacture incorporated in our supplyor merchanted by us, carry
theirmaker'swarrantyonly.
8. Goodsreturnedfor claimunderwarrantywillbe acceptedon the conditionthat shouldthe
claimbe rejectedthenall costs,including inspection, willbe chargedto the customer's
account.
9. ZenerElectricis not liablefor anyconsequential loss.
