Lt. Col. Jimenez graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 1998 and was
commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps. He is an Air Force financial
management officer with experience in a wide range of financial functions and
organizational levels, and is a certified defense financial manager. He has deployed
twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan and supported combined
joint task forces and humanitarian relief operations.
