Description: Enables user to create Project Information

InfoBase
Preconditions: InfoBase is working effeciently and is connected to MS Access
DB

Postconditions: 1) Successful: Project Information Saved Successful


2) Failed: Project Information not saved

1. User shall open InfoBase.


Success Scenario: 2. User shall see three modules:
a. Mix Module
b. Field Module
c. Lab Module
3. User shall click on Lab Module
4. User shall click on New Project
5. User shall enter the name of the New Project
6. User shall save the New Project
7. User shall click on Project information tab
8. User shall click on Edit to enable the text boxes
9. User shall enter Specifying Agency
10. User shall enter the location
11. User shall enter Lab Name
12. User shall enter Point of contact
13. User shall enter Phone number
14. User shall enter Fax Number
15. User shall Select county
16. User shall enter State
17. User shall enter contractor name
18. User shall enter contractor location
19. User shall enter contractor phone
20. User shall enter contractor fax
21. User shall click save
22. User shall click close
23. User shall click exit to exit out of the application

Alternate Scenario: 1. Problems opening the application


a. User shall make sure the Computer matches the
minimum Software and Hardware requirements.
b. User shall try to open the application again.
c. User shall coordinate with company point of
contact and raise this issue
2. Unable to see three modules
a. User shall restart the application
b. User shall coordinate with company point of
contact and raise the issue
3. Unable to create new Project
a. User shall make sure has clicked on New Project
and retry
b. User shall make sure to use a Unique name
c. User shall cease from entering special
characters
4. Unable to save details of project:
a. User shall make sure to enter Specifying Agency
b. User shall make sure to enter the location
c. User shall make sure to enter Lab Name
d. User shall make sure to enter Point of contact
e. User shall make sure to enter Phone number
f. User shall make sure to enter Fax Number
g. User shall make sure to Select county
h. User shall make sure to enter State
i. User shall make sure to enter contractor name
j. User shall make sure to enter contractor location
k. User shall make sure to enter contractor phone
l. User shall make sure to enter contractor fax

6. User shall click close
7. User shall click exit to exit out of the application
