Chronos Imaging Announces Acquisition of CT Tube Manufacturing Facility

Aurora, IL, February 20, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Chronos Imaging LLC, a US based medical device and
healthcare service solution company, has acquired the CT tube manufacturing facility located in Aurora,
Illinois from Philips. As part of the transaction, Chronos has entered into an agreement to continue to
produce Third Party CT replacement tubes for Philips that will continue to be sold through the Dunlee
brand.

The deal allows Chronos to supply Philips with ongoing offerings for the company's portfolio of high
quality CT replacement tubes, without disruption to its global customer base while enabling Chronos
Imaging to secure a platform for development of new CT replacement tubes in the future.
