BUILD INSTRUCTIONS A.
A. 1. Get a sheet of 1/4” birch plywood and cut into strips 10” wide.
Length should be slightly longer than your final board.

2. Take two or three strips, depending on how thick you want your board
to be, and lay one down with each end on a 2x4, cover and spread
glue around, and then lay the other on top of it.

3. Lock clamps on around the board. Once all of the clamps are in
place, place heavy object on the board and let it sit overnight. B.
4. Pick up the board, take all of the clamps off and place it upside down
on the 2x4s.
B. 5. Trace out your board on one side of the ply wood.

6. Cut along the line with a jigsaw.

7. Sand the edges round with a random orbit sander .

8. Sand the top and bottom of the board.

9. Tape around the edges with painters tape so paint only gets on the
bottom of the board and none drips around.

10. Paint your design. STEP 1-2

11. Wait for paint to dry, remove tape, and spray with clear coat to protect
bottom.

C. 12. Once all is dry, plot and drill holes to mount the trucks and wheels. C.
13. Cut a sheet of grip tape, lay it on top, score the edge with anything
metal, and cut around the edge with a razor blade.

14. Poke holes through the grip tape for the truck mounting holes.

15. Mount trucks and wheels.
