Summary

WinISI 4.8 is a service release addressing a number of issues. The program is

distributed using a new installer, providing better Windows 7 and Windows 8.1
support.

3.1. WinISI
QC#4648 New installer program
Old Wise installer has been replaced with WiX installer. Please note the following:

A complete WinISI installation now consists of the following:

 “WinISI 4.8.0.15158.exe” file
 “WinISI 4.8.0.15158.msi” file
 “Prerequisites” folder

To install WinISI, the “WinISI 4.8.0.15158.exe” file must be installed. This will
automatically install all needed prerequisites and then install WinISI program files.

4.1. WinISI

QC#4120 ANP model files generates error when predicting in Monitor

This is fixed

QC#4139 Global does not calibrate correctly files with 0.0 for the first two
data points
This happened when mixing 400 - 2500 and 1100 - 2500 spectra. This is fixed.

QC#4194 In monitor, compare predicted vs reference giving repeated

(incorrect) predictions for a particular file set
This is fixed.

QC#4195 Backward compatibility issue in Scores between v. 4.7 and 4.6.11

This is fixed.

QC#4292 WinISI Monitor performance issue when re-predicting ANN and

ANP models

QC#4478 "Lost connection to business logic" when running Wheat Flour

QC#4565 “Index too large” error in MONITOR in rare occasions
