The undersigned investigating prosecutor accuses PABLO R.

BONITO of the crime of Violation of Section 5(a) of R.A. No. 9262,
otherwise known as the “Anti Violence Against Women and Children Act of
2004” committed as follows:

That on or about the 21st day of March 2011in Quezon City,

Philippines and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, the above-
named accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously
attack, assault, maul and employ personal violence upon the person of
GLORIA P. BONITO, his lawfully wedded wife, by then and there
repeatedly beat her thighs and pulled her hair thereby inflicting upon her
physical injuries which required medical attendance for a period of not more
than nine (9) days and incapacitated her from performing her customary
labor for the same period of time, to the damage and prejudice of the said
offended party.
