UI/UX Designer
INTRODUCTORY LETTER
I am a 29-year-old graphic designer with 3 and a half years of experience in interface design and
user experience. I started as a web designer at Innovation Workshop. Right there I had the
opportunity to develop alongside the programming team designing interfaces for mobile
applications.
I consider that I have more fluidity with UI, since I have only been able to learn UX little by little and
based on autonomous learning through websites of interest and some books like LEAN UX. I would
definitely like to grow in that area and be able to help make the world better by designing intuitive
and imperceptible interfaces for human beings.
Currently, I use Sketch as my main work tool to create wireframes and high fidelity designs. Invision
to create user flows and show customers high fidelity mockups almost resembling the final product.
Zeplin to share with programmers everything they need to build and lately I've been interested in
building interaction design mockups via Framer.

We had communication deficiencies between our SCRUM master and the client,
given that the client did not fully engage as part of the team at the beginning,
letting us assume many things. Fortunately in the final stretch he took the reins and
the project managed to take a much safer path.
The first approach we had with the project was to try to understand the users. We created
characters for the different roles that would be involved in the patient's process when hiring these
services. Then we evaluated everything that we started to assume and we created scenarios to
validate these assumptions using character scripts that we corroborated with the experts, which in
this case were the Health Center Doctors.
I am proud of this project as it brought me closer to the idea of teamwork, in a team where
collaboration was paramount. We also learned to recognize that all our ideas are assumptions until
proven otherwise with the help of stakeholders.
Something that was needed in our process was to take the time to test prototypes
before their implementation. I also believe that the client is key in the development
process because he's playing an important role as an expert and can make doubts
dissipate in an agile way.
KERRY
LATAM Food Service
It was very interesting to achieve cohesiveness with Kerry's guidelines. They have a very robust
branding system and we were happy to use it for our work.
First, we understood the needs of this client, which were to offer the wide range
of Kerry products to all possible businesses or prospects through their website.
This communication was very limited in LATAM before we started working with
them since users could only locate them through their social networks and their
official website, which was not the best because they did not speak directly to
the Latin American public.
The copy's were also a fundamental part, since Kerry's communication has a
tone, which we had to adopt, iterating several proposals until the client was
satisfied.
Internally we had problems with disagreements in the process of its "web-app" application since the
implementation was done in a very traditional way. Despite the disagreements, the web app product
worked and could be presented perfectly at the Expo Café 2017

The idea of the App was to create a tool for Mattel managers where they could share and solve
problems with their workers. Manager's Playbook has functions such as: Forums, To-Dos Lists,
viewing files in various formats with Mattel processes, sharing events and, above all, achieving
interaction with the app and users such as commenting on content or rating events.
For this project, I used the Google Material Design guidelines, since the app was implemented and
released directly on Android. Then a hybrid App was made for iOS devices.
I would have liked to have more control in terms of the requested features. Perhaps
having more experts and stakeholders in the team.
