 Facilitate the allocation of cell phones, 3G’s and telephones to all staff as
prescribed by the department policy;
 Log service request to service providers and ensure services are delivered as
per request;
 Process upgrades and downgrades migration of lines;
 Prepare requisitions (part payments) for the service providers for cell phones,
3Gs and landlines;

information and updating supplier’s tax clearance certificate of all

sending new registration forms to suppliers.

extensions.
 Make a sport check on all machines if they are in good condition.
 Making follow-up on all machine that need collection or deliver.
 Ensuring proper administration, compiling of tender bid and filling of all
bids documents.
 Registration of bids offer in bid register.
 Manage the closing of bids on the closing date and time, ensuring that
the bid administrative compliance is properly done.
 Co-ordinate bid related matters with end user.

 Ensure that the acceptance latter and debriefing letters are drafted and
sent to service providers
 Assist end users with timeouts developments of the specification/ terms
of reference for sourcing of quotes and bids.
